Carrots (36), Celery (37), Cucumber (38) with Houmous [containing Chickpeas(38), Tahini Sesame Seed Paste (39), Lemon (40), and Garlic] *Note: you should always leave the skin on carrots. More on why later.

Green Beans (41), Marglobe Tomatoes (42), Mary’s Rose Potatoes (43), Capers (44), and Oregano (45)

We had a garden party with our lovely neighbors and didn’t eat any new plants. Just adding some Cherries (58) to finish the day.

Day 4 - snack /lunch
Today I didn’t get many new plants in. I had some popcorn (59) and a bit of iceberg lettuce (60) on my @FiveGuysUK cheeseburger.

Gluten free pasta from @freeefoods [which contained only Brown Rice flour (61)], Borlotti Beans (62), onions, carrots, celery, and Macconells Blue Rosemary (63)

Kimchi from #CompleteOrganics that contains Chinese Cabbage (68), Leek (69), Radish (70), Horseradish (71), Ginger (72), and Beetroot (73)
Plus a salad w/ tomatos, avocado, sardines and Gem Lettuce (74)

Day 5 - Snack
Almonds (75), Cashews, and Macadamia Nuts (76)

Day 5 - Dinner
Gluten Free Brown Rice Pasta w/ Beluga Black Lentils (77), carrots, and Cayenne Pepper (78)

@bioandmeuk Gluten Free Granola - which is packed full of stuff, but added Hemp (79), Dates (80), Puffed Sorghum (81), Walnuts (82), and Quinoa (83)
Also @bioandmeuk Gut Loving Prebiotic Yoghurt which added Mango Alphonso Puree (84) and Chicory Root (85)

Day 6 - Dinner
Had a lovely dinner that included Green Olives (86), and Broccoli Calabrese (87).
I also had Chocolate (88) for desert.

I'm finding this exercise exciting and eye opening. I also feel really good.
