With πΊπ¦ advancing all over NE Kherson, and steadily closing in on Nova Khakova with the dam over the Dnipro river. Questions arise where could π·πΊ retreating forces try to make a stand. We have been monitoring this area and have seen an increase in activity around the dam.
As you can see π·πΊ have established a whole ring of defensive works, which they began building end of July. This makes lead to believe that they were allready getting ready for an eventual retreat & defense of the area. As can be seen the at the entrance road to the dam itself.
Just outside Vesele near the gas station on the E58 highway the town on the N side of the dam on the a large trench area can be seen as well as multiple vehicle dugin positions, these pos. are linked to pos. to the easteren side of town. This is probably the last line of defense
From Vesele in the direction of Beryslav two defensive positions has been setup by π·πΊ forces. On the place where the main T-0403 HWY splits there is a fortified positions set up,also on the exit toward Nova Khakova along the HWY defensive pos. have been setup on the N side.
When we look west, π·πΊ defenses have been setup around Sylova Balka, on the S side of the road from Beryslav, aswell as on the point where the P-47 turns into Vesele. This is a very important chocking point because on the W water largely protects entry.
On the W side of Vesele, the railwayline comes in from Snihurivka, the area here is divided by an inlet from Dnipro river, along the crossing points fortified positions have been setup to counter any attack coming from the area W/NW of Kherson city.
As the π·πΊ forces are digging in, reserves must be kept somewhere in/near the town of Vesele, where is unclear but we are keeping an eye on developments here π° π aswell as on the attemps to bring in supplies. This 𧡠is a collaboration between @DefMon3 @ArtisanalAPT @COUPSURE.
