In the 2010s we had reports from countries that said #diabetes didn't occur in their areas.
Deaths from misdiagnoses were still happening in low and middle-income countries.

@lifeforachild did a single campaign in French in 2013 in Mali and there was a huge jump in diagnoses the next year.
