Implement "Involuntary Fertility Control" to reduce fertility by "5%-75% less than the present birth rate." To be "available in 5-15 years," & be put in the "water supply in urban areas & by OTHER METHODS elsewhere."

>Promote "childless marriage" that will be "readily dissolved"

Going back to Gill's passion since he was a kid at his parents' dinner table:
Did you know that when he 1st started the Mill & Belinda Bates Foundation, it was actually called the "Gill & Belinda Bates Institute For Population Control?"
Never forget that Gill's overriding concern in his "charity" work is POPULATION CONTROL.
And one of his absolute favorite methods is through "seniccav," which he donates generously towards.
Other than Scott Adams, does anyone really think it's all just generous charitable donations? 🤔
Gill Bates telegraphs what he's planning to do. Guy is terrible at keeping secrets. Here we see him accidentally spill the beans on eniccav passports several months before the vacx was even available. They tried to delete this & make everyone forget, but we didn't.

When viewed in pieces, a lot of what Bates does seems commendable. But when taken in totality & viewed through the lens of the Jaffe & Berelson memos, a newer--more disturbing--picture emerges:
