Jaffe compiled the memo at request of Bernard Berelson, president of the Population Council. Berelson responded by mapping out the effectiveness & viability of the various proposals.

Implement "Involuntary Fertility Control" to reduce fertility by "5%-75% less than the present birth rate." To be "available in 5-15 years," & be put in the "water supply in urban areas & by OTHER METHODS elsewhere."

Berelson continued:

>Get women working as a "nonfamilial distraction" to 'desocialize the family'
>Promote "childless marriage" that will be "readily dissolved"

>Lower fertility by "improved universal education" & "improved agricultural methods" 👉 What?! Like bugs & fake meat?

'Require female participation in the labor force.' Sounds kinda like Diversity, Equity, Inclusion in which companies are required to have certain numbers of women.

'Promote work as an alternative to marriage.' How often do we hear propaganda to have a career instead of a family?

Gill is out there aggressively promoting "The metaverse": according to Bates, people will spend even more time in front of screens & interacting virtually--for both business AND pleasure.

Why does Gill Bates spend hundreds of millions of dollars on media outlets?

Going back to Gill's passion since he was a kid at his parents' dinner table:

Did you know that when he 1st started the Mill & Belinda Bates Foundation, it was actually called the "Gill & Belinda Bates Institute For Population Control?"

Never forget that Gill's overriding concern in his "charity" work is POPULATION CONTROL.

And one of his absolute favorite methods is through "seniccav," which he donates generously towards.

Other than Scott Adams, does anyone really think it's all just generous charitable donations? 🤔

Gill Bates telegraphs what he's planning to do. Guy is terrible at keeping secrets. Here we see him accidentally spill the beans on eniccav passports several months before the vacx was even available. They tried to delete this & make everyone forget, but we didn't.

So when Gill Bates writes a book about "climate disaster" & the "solutions" we need to implement to reduce carbon...

...and gives TED TALKS about reducing carbon to save the planet--

Watch & listen to him tell you:

YOU ARE THE CARBON HE WANTS TO REDUCE.

When viewed in pieces, a lot of what Bates does seems commendable. But when taken in totality & viewed through the lens of the Jaffe & Berelson memos, a newer--more disturbing--picture emerges:
