He is making some decent points, and at least speaking about something relevant to the situation at hand, instead of going on emotional tirades like almost all the rest of @NebraskaDems #neleg

We will keep you updated as the body now has the opportunity to speak on what @JustinTWayne has brought up.
Underlying theme here, even as Wayne pointed to, is that things need to get done.
