Few know that the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 defies Article 1, Section 8, Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution by creating a "central bank of issue" for the United States. Even fewer know that the Federal Reserve Act was written in secret by the Eastern bankers . It was a conspiracy among Paul Warburg, Edward Mandell House, Woodrow Wilson, J.P. Morgan, Benjamin Strong, Otto Kahn, the Rockefeller family, the Rothschild family, Harriman family and other European and American bankers that led to the founding of the U.S. Federal Reserve System. Few realize that World War I, the Agricultural Depression of 1920, and the Great Depression of 1929 were brought about by international banking interests in NY and London to profit from conflict and economic instability. 3. Learn about Nelson Aldrich. He led the passage of the Aldrich–Vreeland Act, which established the National Monetary Commission to study the causes of the Panic of 1907. He served as chair of that commission, which drew up the Aldrich Plan as a basis for a reform of the financial regulatory system. The Aldrich Plan strongly influenced the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, which established the Federal Reserve System. Aldrich also sponsored the Sixteenth Amendment, which allowed for a direct federal income tax. the SCOTUS DECISION HOWEVER CLEARLY STATES THE 16th AMENDMENT ALLOWS FOR NO NEW TAX. John Rockefeller famously told Congress during the break up of Standard Oil that he would make sure his actions from this day forward would bankrupt America. He became a partner in a large wholesale grocery firm and won election to the Rhode Island House of Representatives. He only served a single term in the United States House of Representatives before winning election to the Senate in RI.

In the Senate, he helped to create an extensive system of tariffs that protected American factories and farms from foreign competition, and he was a cosponsor of the Payne–Aldrich Tariff Act. He also helped win Senate approval of the 1898 Treaty of Paris, which ended the Spanish–American War.

5. Following the Panic of 1907, Aldrich took control as chairman of the Congressionally established National Monetary Commission. A proponent of Progressive Era themes of Efficiency and scientific expertise, he led a team of experts to study the European national banks. After his trip, he came to believe that Britain, Germany and France had much superior central banking systems. He worked with several key bankers and economists, including Paul Warburg, Abram Andrew, Frank A. Vanderlip, and Henry Davison, to design a plan for an American central bank in 1911. This work included a trip to Jekyll Island in 1910 to finalize the details of the federal reserve banking plan. In 1913 Woodrow Wilson signed into law the Federal Reserve Act patterned after Aldrich’s vision, creating the modern Federal Reserve System.

10. Dr. Kurt Plötner participated in a series of research tasks involving human experimentation at the Dachau concentration camp during the Second World War II. These included participation in the malaria experiments of Claus Schilling, in which prisoners were injected with drugs at lethal doses.

In 1944, he was given Dachau physician Sigmund Rascher's role as head of the "Department R" of the Ahnenerbe project for carrying out experimental work on living subjects. Plötner also administered the hallucinogen mescaline to Jews and Russian prisoners, watching them display schizophrenic and mental behavioral changes, as part of the Nazi search for a truth serum that could be employed as an aid in interrogations. It was also used initially for a mond control drug. It failed on both accounts.

This information was captured by Lansky on the docks of NY harbor and given to Groves, MOSSAD, & Boris Pash. It is believed that Lansky was the famous NYC gangster that the CIA has admitted to below who actually participated early in MKUTLRA.

Plötner's work in the concentration camps came to the attention of Boris Pash, an American intelligence officer who would go on to work in the CIA at the time of Operation BLUEBIRD/Artichoke in the 1940s. Plötner proceeded to live under the name of "Schmitt" in Schleswig-Holstein into the early 1950s.

Despite Plötner's actual residence in this western German zone, when the French government sought to have Plötner prosecuted in 1946 and appealed to the United States for assistance, the Americans replied that he could not be located, and was probably being shielded by the Soviet Union. He subsequently was able to quietly resume his real identity in 1952, at which time he was hired by the University of Freiburg in West Germany. He became an associate professor in 1954.

Investigative efforts around MKULTRA's real purposes were hampered by the fact that CIA Director Richard Helms ordered all MK-ULTRA files destroyed in 1973; Helms was intimately involved with William Casey in the Octopus program that began in the Carter administration and dominated the Reagan agenda. The Church Committee tried to expose it, but the simultaneous Rockefeller Commission tried to keep most things in it COVERT. Investigations had to rely on the sworn testimony of direct participants and on the relatively small number of documents that survived Helms' destruction order.

Although the CIA insists that MK-ULTRA-type experiments have been abandoned, 14-year CIA veteran Victor Marchetti has stated in various interviews that the CIA routinely conducts disinformation campaigns and that CIA mind control research continued. In a 1977 interview, Marchetti specifically called the CIA's claim that MK-ULTRA was abandoned a "cover story" perpetuated by the Rockefeller Commission. This is where the Brain Health Initiatives were born and placed in Central and South America with the help of the Volkow family in Mexico. 36. When Lansky found Dr. Plotner he also found out that the Zionist bankers propped up Hitler for the Royals and Pope. That day he and General Groves learned something about the NWO that began at Jekyll Island. It was not a secretive hunting trip. Many of the ideas are housed in a new think tank called the World Economic Forum. This is driven by Kissinger and by Claus Schwab on behalf of the Royal Family and Papacy to power a one world government solution as laid out in the rules and regulations of the UN Charter which completely sits at odds with the preamble of the same docutment. The reason for this is FDR was behind the preamble and Groves and CIA crafted the rules and regulations to maintain control of this body in post WW2 era.

When Lansky gives the bad news to the Fed families that their system is corrupted he begins to mobilize his funds to new project. Lansky always believed in gaming that the casino games should be honest and you should beat the house by being wise.

So what was his plan? He knew exactly what the Fed families were going to build so he was going to help build a parallel system that was an answer to this. Much of his own wealth was funneled from Ira Malnick in 1974 through 1983 to young men who were working on the mathematics of cryptography. Lansky knew why cryptographic research was placed in the Munitions Act after WW2. Because this is how the Royal Family and the bankers communicated to Hitler using turings work. This is why it was so secret and it explains why the British government killed him as they did. Just like Mary Sherman was murdered by her own intelligence agency she worked for. Lansky was a master at numbers and he knew their had to be a way to beat the Rothchilds again. Turing's death is how Steve Jobs named Apple in case you do not know it.

37. Cryptopgraphy was a highly protected field in the US government because of Alan Turing and what he was able to do with the German. History tells a story that Turing broke the Enigma Code but I believe that Turing was sending information directly from the Royal family and their bankers to the Nazis. I believe this is why Turing was treated the way he was by Britain after the War. I also think it is why he was terminated by MI6.

His end made no sense to me for the longest time until I relaized he was the direct line of communication to the NAZIS and the Pope Pius XI and XII were the back channel to the Nazis during WW2.

In post World War 2 during the early days of the Cold War, the U.S. has developed an elaborate series of export control regulations designed to prevent a wide range of Western technology from falling into the hands of others, particularly the Eastern bloc. I believe Stalin knew about what Turing was doing and this was relayed to FDR at Yalta. Immediately in post war US cryptography became a tool of war. The encryption technology & techniques using any crypto software was included as a Category XIII item into the United States Munitions List. This was highly unusual place to catorgize a branch of mathematics that history books tell us that Turing used to break an Enigma code to help the UK break the German codes. It made no sense when you consider why Edward the VIII abdicated his throne and why the Popes were working with the bankers and NAZIS.

With that said, Lansky knew implicitly that being a cryptographer in post war USA meant being watched and pressured into signing secrecy orders and keeping silence about your work. I think this is why he funded cryptographic research outside the US borders until it was ready for primetime. I believe the money Lansky made was used to fund everything started by David Chaum and his colleagues. Lanksy knew about this work would put them under intelligence surveillance as time evolved because he knew what the Fed was working on simultaneously. Lansky knew because of what he told the Treasury and Fed when he was arrested in 1969-70 that in the future world governments would carry out mass surveillance, pumping gigabytes of traffic on each of us every second, doing with it whatever they want.

38. Much of Lansky's money was directed at cryptographic research outside the USA. In 1955, not only was Steve Jobs and Gates born, but so was David Chaum. I believe Lansky funded much of David work to built the answer to the Fed's programmable money to be used in the survellence state. Chaum was a poor guy who magically got a ton of money to work on things no one else was conceiving at the time.

Why do I think David Chaum was the real target of Murder Inc's covert banking empire?

After Chaum obtained his PhD. in Computer Science from UC Berkeley, he founded the International Association for Cryptologic Research, the cryptography group at the Center for Mathematics and Computer Science in Amsterdam to avoid legalities of cryptography in USA. He did this with no verifiable funding. I have done extensive work into his early investors and this is the most dry tap I have found in my search of history. This makes NO sense when you consider the cost of this business. It does make sense when you understand how Lansky and the MOSSAD operate. They own people. I believe they bought the time of Chaum and put him to work for them. Lansky's legacy became Epstein and Diddy, but he might have done more for us than you can imagine.

39. At the same time this is all going on that he founds the research wing of cryptography, Chaum also funds projects DigiCash, the Voting Systems Institute and the Perspectiva Fund. These things are theoretical and not cheap to run. I have NO idea where he got the money from but his parents do have links to Israel and I have found some links to Ira Malnick, but none are convicing enough for me to make a claim.

In the 1970's and early 1980s David Chaum seems to channel into his research most of what Lansky would need to run his monetary empire outside the Fed system. What do I mean? David Chaum somehow made a quantum leap by envisioning many privacy concerns that did not yet exist in the world of the Federal Reserve in the 1970s or 80s.

It is as if he predicted what the implications of the Bank Secrecy Act meant in terms of AML/KYC concerns. I do not think this is a coincidence at all. Lansky knew exactly what was coming and he made sure Chaum did to before he died in 1983. His actions seem to predict that privacy concerns would soon erupt within the BIS and the Fed system.

His first discovery I believe comes from reviewing the work of Turing and Claude Shannon in the later 1970s. I think Chaum realized that the take home of Claude Shannon's work was MESSAGES HAD TO BE UNUSUAL to be useful in networks.

This idea became the concept of “Shuffling” incoming messages from multiple senders and sending them back in random order could confuse those eavesdropping. This was his first breakthrough cryptographically. In fact, I believe this is how mix networks saw the light of day for the first time.

40. This idea seemed to prompt him to create an anonymous PEER TO PEER payment system that would allow for secure transactions in the coming digital age. His idea is identical to Lansky's needs for his covert banking empire to run paralllel to the Fed system that was incorruptible.

The Federal government looked for Lansky's money he made during his time as the main accountant of Murder Inc. using their best forensic accountants in intelligence from 1960-1973 and they could find nothing on him or Moe Dalitz even though they knew he was banking most of organized crime in the USA. I believe they parked a lot of that money away in art assets because this market was lucrative and small and they could buy the best assets privately and hide them over time while they had Chaum work on their new system.

Lansky gave the idea for this new system, Chaum had to execute it, before it became reality. The plan worked but not as many of them hoped.

Why? Chaum lost control of the process as he developed Mix Networks almost immediately. Chaum's contributions built Tor networks which brought in many builders to the anonymity network project. This did not make the Murder Inc crowd happy.

It might be the best thing ever for the people of the world because it brought Lansky's idea out of covert world and into the light of day for the public. Why?

41. In Tor, the communication protocol between nodes is nested like the layers of an onion. The network encrypts the next node destination IP address and sends it through a virtual circuit of random Tor relays. The final relay decrypts the innermost layer and sends data to its destination without knowing the source IP address. The network surveillance that normally relies upon knowing the source and destination at this point can’t spot neither a sender nor a receiver. Because the link between them was broken by these crafty proxy servers mixing things up.

Guess who has invented the servers that take in messages from multiple senders, shuffle and encrypt them to send back in random order to the next destination? David Chaum, in 1981. Guess who worked on TCP/IP architecture soon after?

Cypherpunk Len Sassaman born in 1980. in 1998, at 18years old, he was on the Internet Engineering Task Force responsible for the TCP/IP protocol underlying the internet.

42. WHAT HAPPENS BETWEEN 1981 and 1998?

Not a lot.

His 1981 paper, "Untraceable Electronic Mail, Return Addresses, and Digital Pseudonyms", laid the groundwork for the field of anonymous communications research.
The project stagnates until others enter the project who are not supposed to be involved.

Mix networks and blind signatures are innovated during this epoch. In 1982, blind signature is a type of a digital signature used in the protocols where the signer and message author are different parties, mostly, in digital payment or voting systems. Chaum's group of technologists are behind it.

It wasn't until 1990 that Lansky's vision for private money meets Chaum's creation. From 1990-94 things ramp up because cypherpunks are all working on this project all over the world.

Lansky's private project is now fully open sourced and being rapidly improved compared to the BIS project called a CBDC.

It becomes a reality through the company known as DigiCash in 1994. This is really Bitcoin 1.0. It has many features Lansky needed but it is not yet ready for primetime.

43. This is when Industrial military complex corporations begin sniffing around Chaum's work. Why? The BIS plan now called a CBDC is going way slower than expected.

DigiCash had accumulated five thousand users by the time it went bankrupt in 1998. It was used by Deutsche Bank as well as an American financial institution Mark Twain Bank. David Chaum had almost completed Lansky's dream. The rumor in 1994 was that Bill Gates, Visa and investment firms linked to the future players in the PayPal mafia at Stanford were interested but nothing really came to fruition in terms of an offer or financial backing. So it seemingly died.

DigiCash declared bankruptcy in 1998 and subsequently sold its assets to eCash Technologies, another digital currency company, which was acquired by InfoSpace after the Patriot Act is brought on by the industrial military complex 9/11 activities with the MOSSAD on February 19, 2002.
InfoSpace was in the same business as Google who was given the BIS search algorithm by DARPA in 1995. The Fed, Google, and BIS continue to work on the CBDC project today. This is not an easy project to get done correctly. Know your history to know the enemies. When you cannot beat them.......maybe you decide to join the cypherpunks and you get changed by them?

44. Do you know who owns InfoSpace? Naveen Jain.

Do you know Jain's first job out of college in 1983 was at Burroughs now known as Unisys in New Jersey as part of a business-exchange program. Who was associated with Burroughs? General Groves.

If you read my thread on Groves on my website forum you'll see how he controlled Remington Rand merged it with Burroughs to become Sperry which became Unisys. 46 of those computers where sold to DARPA.

Why did Jain buy Digicash at bankruptcy? Because he knew Chaum had a connection to Lansky who was linked to Groves because of his time at Microsoft to run the industrial military's covert banking system. He said he moved to Silicon Valley for its warmer climate and worked for "a bunch of startups" before joining key industrial miltary player Microsoft in 1989.

Jain never harvested the key part Chaum missed, but Chaum advised a student who did make that connection.

Claude Shannon taught the world that information flows via entropy. All clocks including timestamps should be thought of as flowmeters for entry. I believe Len Sassaman, Chaum's student realized this when he worked with Chaum and added timestamping to the the Proof Of Work metric developed in Hashcash and created bitcoin's white paper on Jan 3, 2008.
