1. The real story is not abt 'Trump & the Russians', but abt the Obama admn's illegal use of the intelligence apparatus to target political opponents

2. Intelligence information is housed by compartments within the larger intelligence community network.

The originating intel agency holds intel they create in Symmtrc Comm Intrfac (SCIF)
They may also recv intel created 4them, whch they'll also host in the unique SCIF.

Thus, intel is compartmentalized.

24. However, the WH -the executive branch- is also a host of intelligence info & consequently the WH has their own SCIF which holds intel products they would create (very little), or intel products created for them (the vast majority).
