आपूर्यमाणमचलप्रतिष्ठं समुद्रमापः प्रविशन्ति यद्वत् ।
तद्वत्कामा यं प्रविशन्ति सर्वे स शान्तिमाप्नोति न कामकामी ।।
āpūryamāṇamacalapratiṣṭhaṃ samudramāpaḥ praviśanti yadvat ।
tadvatkāmā yaṃ praviśanti sarve sa śāntimāpnoti na kāmakāmī ।।
आपूर्यमाणं - Naturally filled, अचलप्रतिष्ठं - Devoid of ups & downs, समुद्रम् - ocean, आप: - other waters, यद्वत् प्रविशन्ति - how they enter,
तद्वत् - likewise, सर्वे कामा: - all desires, यं - in whom, प्रविशन्ति - enters,
स: - that person devoid of any dosha, शान्तिं - freedom of samsara-bandha, आप्नोति - is begotten, न कामकामी - Not one who is running behind desires

Water from various quarters reach the ocean. It doesn't matter if there are torrential rains & a heavy flow occurs or there is a dry spell & no flow occurs. The ocean always remains the same
In the same manner, one who's mind is always the same irrespective of indriya functions or desires arising out of it, that person alone will be the recipient of eternal Bliss.

---
One who always remains steadfast like an ocean, to whom all desires reach but get dissipated/subjugated, that person will be the recipient of eternal Bliss
(D)
---
When there's a large water flow from various quarters, an ocean doesn't expands. It also is the same when no water flows to it & never dries up.

Just like an ocean, an 'aparoksha jnani' is not joyous when desires reach him & is not sad when they don't. He will get Moksha
