I know I don't use CW's enough when I talk about the horrible stuff @Tailpoof has been through because of minors playing "adult" in places they shouldn't. But if I described the extent of it, half of every tweet would be CW's.

No one should have to experience this.

Consider the above tweet a general content warning for the following. Since being sentenced for unknowingly posting adult content in reach of a minor, @Tailpoof has experienced:

>Sitting naked in front of a sex offense review board with an erection monitor tied to her penis

1/?
>5 years of investigation w/ internet ban (prior to even being convicted)
>2 lifetimes of probation where she has to attend 'therapy' that requires here to document/share all the reasons that she's "a terrible person"
>Multiple invasive, violent, destructive police raids

2/?
>Forceful separation from her family
>Forceful emigration to from Utah to Arizona where she has never lived, nor are there many places for a sex offender to live.
>3 stays in jail
>9 total months in solitary confinement

3/?
>Ankle monitoring at her cost of $300/month
>Curfew at sundown as monitored by gps tracking
>Twice burgled of everything she own/refusal from police to conduct an investigation for a sex offender
>2nd degree burns/scars from police brutality

4/?
>$20,000+ paid in restitution to her 'victim'
>Twice (known) raped orally in jail
>Countless times assaulted/groped by other inmates
>Multiple documented cases of sexual assault by jail/prison guards
>Withholding of HRT/Mental health meds by the DoC

5/?
>Probation requiring her to destroy all of the art/galleries because "that life was over"
>Not allowed to change gender/name for gender affirmation under probation
>The above prevents gender affirmation surgery in most states
>Monthly probation fees of $70/month for life

6/?
>Biweekly 'therapy' fees of $80/month for 2 years of 'therapy'
>Required to repeat 2 years of 'therapy' in Arizona because the ADoP didn't agree with the more positive approach to therapy used in Utah (despite having completed it)
>Sex offender registry fees $260/year

7/?
>Rule 26 of probation states that any action deemed a violation by a probation officer is a class 3 felony
>$10,000 for every instance of needing a lawyer to defend her against arbitrary threats made by probation officers
>Required to pay for jail stays/court appearances

8/?
>Required to report any time she masturbates, how long, number of orgasms, content/fantasy used to get off to probation in the form of a written log.
>Similarly required to report any sexually inclined interaction she has with consenting adults (i.e. me) in explicit detail

9/?
>Suspicion of failure to report the above results in a violation against rule 26, jail time, and court testimony
>Required to take annual polygraph to affirm accurate and truthful reporting
>Banned from drawing or own porn/adult materials for life

10/?
>Banned from the internet for life
>Banned from owning a computer or smart phone
>Banned from traveling outside of Maricopa county for any reason
>Banned from leaving her place of residence on a holiday for any reason
>Family visits on holidays must be approved by probation

11/?
>Must have all medications approved by probation before receipt; probation can refuse medications for any reason, even if they're doctor mandated.
>...you what, there's plenty more, but I'm just gonna stop here.

Forgive all the typos in this thread. I get really shaky having to recall all of this, and I couldn't even bring myself to finish the list.

I don't think it's at all illegible, but if I need to clarify anything, please ask.
For those interested to learn more, all of the details (along with the mailing address for Sisk) can be found at SaveOurSisk.org
I'd also like to point out that when I started to get vocal about the treatment that Sisk received, the AZ DoJ tried to take me down several times;

First by trying to find dirt on me,

Second by trying to convict me of fraud,

Third by submitting Sisk to additional pressure,

>
>

And finally by attempting to ban Sisk from interacting with me by court order

Even though all of these attempts failed, it's taken a hefty toll on both of us, and cost us greatly. They don't like their horrible treatment out in the open, and these people play dirty.
I haven't stopped being vocal, though.

But that's why it's so important that this receives as much spotlight as possible. That way, if anything happens to me or Sisk, you'll know why, and you'll know who was responsible.

This is serious. This is the US Justice System.
I also need to mention that, prior to Sisk paying off her $20,000+ in restitution, Restitution was required to be paid FIRST in large monthly installments. Failure to pay for this, therapy $160/m, probation $70/m, or ankle monitoring $300/m, results in a class 3 felony.
For those who want the math, that's roughly $730/month just to be on probation. That didn't include the cell phone bill, or the jacked up "felon rate" for rent which were both requirements for not violating probation.
Think about that...

What if your probation officer started threatening to arrest you for a violation when you did nothing wrong?

You'd want to lawyer up, right?

Well good luck finding the minimum $7k for legal representation when you have to shell out $1k/month to not violate.
Yeah... I suppose you could get a public defender, but that would have to be AFTER you sat in jail for months over a violation you didn't make.

A paid attorney can often prevent jail entirely, but for the cost of $7k-$12k per trial.

Oh, and there's rarely bail for sex offenders
