This video filmed yesterday appears to shows the GNB chasing a truck through Santa Elena de Uairén. When the truck stops the GNB get out and gunfire is heard. The GNB then drag someone along the floor towards their vehicle #Venezuela
This video is filmed from a different angle and shows the same incident
This morning the truck was still in the same position but had been set on fire by someone yesterday and was burnt out this morning. The person being dragged on the floor was likely the truck driver

The Trinidad Minister of Energy says a technical team sent by Trinidad & Tobago confirmed that the FSO Nabarima is no longer tilting and there is no water ingress into the vessel and its condition is safe, he confirms the tanker is currently being offloaded by PDVSA #Venezuela
He says the Venezuelans admitted to 2 problems onboard in recent months. There was a failure of the ballast system valves which caused a 7 degree tilt of the vessel, but this has since been repaired.

Some identification points are the transloaders and the launcher vehicles. The launches vehicles usually travel without any vehicles and are quite recognisable, the transloaders are military trucks with usually 2 missiles on and are accompanied by multiple military trucks.

The first thing to know about April 30 is that it was never meant to happen on that day. The uprising was planned for May 1st, when Guaido had called for protests. They had to move a day early because they were scared that there was a leak of information.
The plan was kept secret from a lot of people to try and ensure no one would leak the plans, not even Guaidos team knew about it. The whole thing was planned by Leopoldo Lopez who was able to contact people such as Maikel Moreno and Cristopher Figuera to plan the uprising.
The original plan involved Maikel Moreno and Vladimir Padrino Lopez, Maikel Moreno however wanted to become president in exchange for removing Maduro.
Video released by the Venezuelan Navy shows them shooting at the RCGS Resolute cruise ship then it shows the Resolute impacting the side of the GC-23 Naiguata and it shows severe damage to the Naiguata #Venezuela
