You know that sinking feeling when you’ve allowed someone to subtly cross your boundaries. You’re not quite sure how to respond. You start questioning if you’re making a big deal of nothing, if it’s worth speaking up. Even if you’re confused on what to do be grateful you’re aware
Awareness of weak or unclear boundaries, is the first step and one that should be celebrated. Especially when you can still remember those times that you allowed people to cross boundaries and you literally couldn’t figure out what was happening to you and why you felt so bad.
There was probably a time that you can recall so recently that you didn’t even know having your own personal boundaries was a thing. You didn’t have the language or the context to understand such subtle intricacies of exchanging energy.
I remember like it was yesterday not being able to figure out why most relationship interactions left me feeling so miserable. Just thinking maybe something was wrong with me. I just thought my sensitivity was the reason why I couldn’t figure out how to be happy with people.

When we get hurt by someone we know is acting out from pain or trauma, there is a confusing moment where you want to help but we also aren’t sure what to do. We don’t want to respond with similar behavior. So what works for me in those moments is to generate compassion for myself
I don’t have to lash out, I don’t have try to hold them accountable in that moment(that may come later), I don’t have to try to fix them or the situation. I just have to resource into myself with my own love, compassion, healing energy, self validation and self respect.
Many of us were trained to do the opposite of this so this can take some time to learn. Practice and consistency helps tremendously. Over time you just start to learn how quickly you can heal yourself in moments that in the past would have lingered or hurt for much longer.
For those who truly are seeking liberation from the matrix games and the artificial simulation, this is a powerful time of great significance and possibility.
Do not get distracted by the noise, stay present with yourself and committed to your work. It’s about to get bumpy.
I am not an activist, I am not a conspiracy theorist, I’m certainly not a spiritual teacher and have no desire to be one. I don’t expose other accounts because that’s not my medicine. I stay in my lane which is intuition, energy work and plants.
Here’s a few things I feel very comfortable saying about this next few months because I want my community to be prepared. And I don’t want anyone to feel “left behind” who is truly doing the work to transform what needs to be transformed.
If you ever start feeling overwhelmed in your day to day life with the intuitive signs, omens, messages, you are receiving, you can always ask them to come to you instead in your dreams.
Because my intuitive gifts came online overnight, I remember I used to have to use things to numb out or disconnect because I didn’t know how to “turn it off”. There was so much information coming through and I had no clue how to handle it.
Many of us that were born as open channels and mediums, turned off our gifts and abilities to stay open to other realms at a young age. Typically this happens as a survival strategy. In my case, it did it because others around me were scared of me and what I could do.
People always ask me for a book that helped me and the reality is books did not teach me what I know. It came from walking through the fire over and over again until I remembered who I am. I’m sorry no book can teach you this.
All of the books that are even available are of someone else telling you about their story and their journey. Which at best can only give you clues. At the end of the day you still have to take the journey for yourself. And that journey is traveling inward to your source.
Unlike book knowledge, you could ask me how I came to know things and I would be able to trace you step by step back to the inception of that truth. This type of wisdom is invaluable because no one can take it from you. You become your own authority on what is real and true.
Many people don’t realize the truths you share come the gems you extracted from lived experiences, not books, because they only see the effect and not the journey of where you came from.
I had someone tell me once, it just seems like you never experienced any trauma. I’m like why because I had a spiritual awakening almost 15 years ago and have been on a healing path ever since? All that means is that I actually did the work and it’s proof that healing is possible
Don’t compare yourself to others and where they are on their healing path. If you are newly awakened to spiritual/healing work realize, many of us had to go through the same things you are. We learned to make magic from it. And you will too. In due time and in your own way.
Having my energy be erratic, all over the place, ungrounded, unfocused, disembodied, and constantly focused on other people doesn’t work for me. But to some people this is their normal state.
It’s uncomfortable at first to really acknowledge that we are the ones who have to take a certain amount of responsibility for what’s happening with us internally. But it’s also liberating.
It doesn’t mean if you do these certain things that nothing will ever bother you again. What it does mean is when something does throw you off, you’ll know better what you need to do to get back to feeling like yourself.
