If you ever start feeling overwhelmed in your day to day life with the intuitive signs, omens, messages, you are receiving, you can always ask them to come to you instead in your dreams.
Because my intuitive gifts came online overnight, I remember I used to have to use things to numb out or disconnect because I didn’t know how to “turn it off”. There was so much information coming through and I had no clue how to handle it.
Many of us that were born as open channels and mediums, turned off our gifts and abilities to stay open to other realms at a young age. Typically this happens as a survival strategy. In my case, it did it because others around me were scared of me and what I could do.
I find that these early experiences with how others reacted to our ability to perceive beyond the veil into the non-ordinary realities, become the biggest blocks that keep our extra sensory senses offline.
Healing the inner intuitive child is one of the main initiations I take people through who are trying to recall their intuitive gifts. Recalling the version of you that knew who was calling before the phone rang, had non-imaginary friends, walked with angels and talked to flowers
That young version of you before you turned it off, knew how to access clear messages and did not question them. That version of you did not require confirmation because there was no reason to doubt any of what you were seeing. Those programs of self doubt were installed later.

People always ask me for a book that helped me and the reality is books did not teach me what I know. It came from walking through the fire over and over again until I remembered who I am. I’m sorry no book can teach you this.
All of the books that are even available are of someone else telling you about their story and their journey. Which at best can only give you clues. At the end of the day you still have to take the journey for yourself. And that journey is traveling inward to your source.
Unlike book knowledge, you could ask me how I came to know things and I would be able to trace you step by step back to the inception of that truth. This type of wisdom is invaluable because no one can take it from you. You become your own authority on what is real and true.

Many people don’t realize the truths you share come the gems you extracted from lived experiences, not books, because they only see the effect and not the journey of where you came from.
I had someone tell me once, it just seems like you never experienced any trauma. I’m like why because I had a spiritual awakening almost 15 years ago and have been on a healing path ever since? All that means is that I actually did the work and it’s proof that healing is possible
Don’t compare yourself to others and where they are on their healing path. If you are newly awakened to spiritual/healing work realize, many of us had to go through the same things you are. We learned to make magic from it. And you will too. In due time and in your own way.

Having my energy be erratic, all over the place, ungrounded, unfocused, disembodied, and constantly focused on other people doesn’t work for me. But to some people this is their normal state.
It’s uncomfortable at first to really acknowledge that we are the ones who have to take a certain amount of responsibility for what’s happening with us internally. But it’s also liberating.
It doesn’t mean if you do these certain things that nothing will ever bother you again. What it does mean is when something does throw you off, you’ll know better what you need to do to get back to feeling like yourself.

Serious question for people who are Highly Sensitive and feel overwhelmed by it, how much research have you actually done about the trait? And if you haven’t done any/much what’s preventing you from doing it?
I literally remember 15 or so years ago I didn’t know even what to call it but began by typing into Google “what do you do when you always feel what other people are feeling”. And I have been down that rabbit hole gathering resources ever since.
High Sensitivity is a trait that is often referred to as Sensory Processing Sensitivity. Both me and my child have been formally diagnosed with this trait. If you are Neurodivegent your brain is wired differently and it’s not something you just need to “get over.”

If you were to get everything you wanted right now all at once, you would literally collapse and have a nervous breakdown because your body wouldn’t know what to do with it.
Prepare yourself for bigger things coming. Make room, create space and also get your mind right.
The messages I have been getting lately are all related to how I need to prepare my body for what’s coming. Because currently, I wouldn’t be able to hold it all comfortably. And that’s what’s got everything on hold.

The most empathetic thing you can do is stay authentic and stay regulated in your own nervous system. To model not abandoning yourself. This allows someone in distress to attune to you, co-regulate and experience mirror neurons of safety while they process their own emotions.
Empathy has never been about saving people from having to feel real feelings. It’s time to stop claiming its empathy when we are really just focusing on everyone else as a way to avoid addressing our own hurt feelings.
Accept that many of us have been taught to abandon ourselves whenever anyone presents us with their pain. This is a strategy that is finally ready to heal. This step is difficult but it is also freeing. Because only through awareness can we change the pattern.
