So, Jim Clemente just managed to make himself look an even bigger fool than he was before. He was on this hater podcast making two major claims that are just more proof of what a habitual liar and fool haters' go-to ex-FBI-"expert" is.
Claim 1: Gavin Arvizo made a description of MJ's genitalia in the 2005 case and it corroborated with Jordan Chandler's 1993 description.
This is of course a complete made-up fantasy. While those who are gullible, are blinded by Clemente's appeal to authority fallacies ("I am an ex-FBI guy, so everything I tell you is automatically true and right"), it doesn't take much research to know that this is a complete lie.
Nowhere during the 2005 trial or even in pre-trial motions was there any such claim made by the prosecution. Does Clemente accuse his buddies, Sneddon, Zonen and Co. forgetting about this bombshell evidence or does he accuse them of deliberately hiding it?
In actuality, Gavin was not even aware of Michael's patches. As he testified on March 15, 2005, he thought he was just all white.
Not to mention that a description by Gavin that is corroborated by Jordan's description given more than 10 years earlier would be pretty weird, considering that vitiligo spots change over time.
Fact is that Gavin never gave a description. Clemente is a liar and a fantasist who just makes up things about this case (and other cases as well, as you will see), as he goes along. He loves the attention and he will make any untrue claim to get it.
This is the same "expert" who said that he could tell from the Gavin's body language in the Bashir interview that MJ had molested him. Never mind that it does not even corroborate Gavin's own story. He claimed the abuse happened AFTER the Bashir interview, not before.
Claim 2:
I don't even know why Clemente and haters think it is a good idea to brag about the FBI contemplating to investigate MJ under a law that has a racist origin, ie. the MANN ACT. Because that's what we are talking about. Here it is from MJ's FBI files.
First of all, to be precise, it was the LAPD that asked the FBI if they were interested in investigating MJ under the Mann Act. As you can see the US Attorney quickly declined the idea.
The Mann Act is a law against transporting anyone over state borders for the purpose of prostitution or illegal sexual acts. In the Chandler case, I guess, the idea came from the fact that Jordan traveled with MJ sometimes. Never mind that his mother was always with them.
I am not sure what haters see in this big "bombshell" revelation as an idea to investigate someone under a certain law does not mean that person is guilty of violating that law.
Here is the thing, the MANN ACT has a racist history. Although not only black people were investigated under it (for example, Charlie Chaplin was also famously investigated - and then acquitted - under the MANN ACT), but it has a history of being used especially against black men
History.com writes: "Also known as the White-Slave Traffic Act of 1910, the law was invoked over and over again to punish black men for their relationships with white women—affairs that challenged the racial status quo."
history.com/news/white-sla…
NPR: "Enacted during a time of great change and "moral panic," the Mann Act was originally designed to combat forced prostitution...
... The law, however, has been applied broadly over the years and, critics say, used as a tool of political persecution and even blackmail....
... In the past century, thousands of people have been prosecuted under the Mann Act, including celebrities such as Charlie Chaplin, Frank Lloyd Wright, Chuck Berry and Jack Johnson."
npr.org/templates/stor…
About why Chaplin was targeted NPR writes: "In 1944, Charlie Chaplin was prosecuted under the Mann Act in a case stemming from a paternity suit involving the actress Joan Barry....
... Some believe the case was motivated by Chaplin's left-of-center political views. He was ultimately acquitted, but his image in the U.S. never fully recovered."
But very often it was disproportionately used against black men. One of its first victims was the first African-American heavyweight box champion, Jack Johnson. America did not quickly forgive him that and his fondness of white women.
Johnson got pardoned only last year, by President Trump. 105 years after his conviction.
Another famous convict under the Mann Act was Chuck Berry. In 1959, he was arrested under the Mann Act after allegations that he had had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old waitress, Janice Escalante, whom he had transported across state lines. He was jailed for 20 months.
Of course, sex with a 14 year old is wrong but to showcase the law's selective, often racially motivated use, let's not forget that Berry's peer, Elvis Presley also dated (and drugged) a 14 year old Priscilla and he was never investigated for it.
BTW, apparently Clemente is a big Elvis fan. Talk about hypocrisy. He has different standards for black people and white people, I guess. Maybe that's why he doesn't feel ashamed about bragging about the Mann Act - a law that has racist origins.
Of course, there is no evidence that MJ ever had a sexual relationship with Jordan Chandler, so his traveling across state borders with him (and his mother - let's not forget!) did not have anything to do with "immoral purposes".
But the fact the LAPD even tried to use this against MJ is nothing to brag about for Clemente or haters. It is a law that was regularly and systematically used against black people and had a very much racist history.
And BTW, anyone who knows a little more than surface stuff about the case can immediately realize what a clown Clemente is.
And it is not just MJ fans' opinion, BTW. Even other people who are knowledgeable about other cases he "experts" about notice it very quickly that he has a habit of making up things and talking nonsense.
He also thinks his appeal to his credentials fallacy will replace knowledge of actual facts. And like I said, often he simply makes up things. It is very easy to notice that when you actually know a case. He is a joke.
Opinions about Jim Clemente from people on Reddit who discussed another case (nothing to do with MJ), but who also realized that Clemente is a liar and talks nonsense. Like I said, when you know a case, you will soon realize that this guy is a fantasist.

Clemente also claims in this podcast that Jordan was ready to testify against MJ in 2005 in case they brought a federal case against him under the Mann Act. What a lot of made-up nonsense!
Jordan fought tooth and nail against having to testify. It is in MJ's FBI files what he told the FBI: that he would legally fight any attempt to make him testify. He basically told them to fuck off.
I am sure, as always, Clemente will claim some "secret" information that only he has access to, but he is really just making things up. That's his habit.
It is ridiculous too. If Jordan wanted to sent MJ to jail he had his chance right there in 2005 - also by helping another "victim". Why wouldn't that be good enough for Jordan? Why does it have to be a federal case based on a law that has a racist origin?
Anyone who knows anything about Jordan Chandler knows that all his life he was running scared from any situation where he had to testify and subject himself to cross-examination. Last time Wade Robson attempted to depose him, he went into hiding again.
I guess helping other "victims" is not a good enough reason for Jordan to testify, but the Mann Act, a law with racist origin would be? Gimme a break with this nonsense!

I see there's a new fallacy the media loves to throw around when it comes to MJ. They are so pressed at success like the MJ Musical and that he hasn't been canceled that they now pretend that MJ enjoys some special privilege of not being canceled compared to other celebrities.
The argument, or better to say, the whining, typically goes like this one:
It's a fallacy on so many levels. Anyone who followed the last 20 years of MJ's life knows that he's been treated abhorrently by the media. None of these people's treatment even comes close.

Producer Burt Kearns Image
Of course, it's not just Kearns produced shows that work this ways, but the whole media industry. Case in point, the infamous fake "child porn" story of the National Enquirer in 2016.
A lot of times I see people refer to it and when I tell them it's a tabloid story they pull an article from, say The Independent or The Guardian, supposedly "reputable" publications to show how it's not.

In courtesy of @MJonTheBrain, an article from September 1993. This is a very interesting tidbit. First of all, I am pretty sure Evan and Ray Chandler fed this story. They kept feeding tabloids throughout the whole 1993/94 case.
The way how you know it's them feeding it when they do, that it contains information only they could know about and variations of the same story then also pop up in their book in 2004.
I first saw a mention of Evan bugging Jordan's room in Ray Chandler's 2004 book All That Glitters. However, there the claim is that when Evan on July 16, 1993 tried to get Jordan "confirm" Evan's suspicion about the supposed abuse...

The latest manipulation by the media is how they are trying to make everything about mysoginy. "There's only one true obstacle to controlling your own narrative in the press: being female". Yeah, ask Michael Jackson. @RollingStone Image
Not to mention the hypocrisy of lumping together Britney and Dylan Farrow. Dylan Farrow is now supposedly not in control of the media narrative because some are questioning the legitimacy of judging people by one-sided documentaries? And that's mysoginy?
I guess due process is mysoginy now. Reminds me of #metoo extremists who seriously call for the abolishing of presumption of innocence and burden of proof in courts in sexual assault cases!

The reason why Safechuck had to throw in "threats and intimidation" among his claims was because during the probate court case that was a requirement to get around statutes.
So all of a sudden James started claiming that MJ "threatened and intimidated him" and that's why he didn't tell, even though it was in contradiction with his "love" narratives. But he is someone who will claim just anything that's required of him to claim at any given moment.
The "threatened and intimidated" narrative is in a declaration by Safechuck he gave in 2015 for the probate case. There the claim is that he did not come out all these years because MJ threatened and intimidated him. He needed to make that claim to try to get around statues.

Otherness and Power: Michael Jackson and His Media Critics is a rather short book by Susan Woodword but it does a lot to expose "progressive" hypocrisy in the media and academia.

amazon.com/Otherness-Powe…
It analyzes three works:
- A 1985 book by Dave Marsh called "Trapped: Michael Jackson and the Crossover Dream"
- Maureen Orth's MJ articles in Vanity Fair
- And a 2009 book entitled The Resistible Demise of Michael Jackson, edited by British music critic Mark Fisher
I went back to the latter part today because I heard Fisher's name again in a completely different context (he was also a philosopher) and it kind of ringed a bell, so I checked back if he was really the dude who wrote some horrible book about MJ?
