Looks like bad new for Goldman Sachs, Hillary's favorite bankers. Looks like there won't be a non-prosecution agreement for them, but a guilty plea AND flipping! #ButNothingsHappening!

They won't get to scapegoat a couple of rogue bankers in Asia who also happened to be funneling money to Clinton/Obama donors!
Jho Low funneled a lot of money to American politicians using middlemen to launder the case to hide the foreign influence. The primary goal was to stop the FBI/DOJ investigation of #1MDB
Sure they weren't aware of billions of dollars of fraud that they were making a healthy profit off of! I guess the DOJ people who argued that corrupt banks were too big to be held accountable aren't in charge any more!
That may be because those banks got sweetheart deals to make it look like they were held accountable, but without having to hand over the receipts!
This is beautiful, Goldman Sachs hired Kirkland law firm in an effort to force the head of the DOJ Criminal Division appointed by Trump to recuse from the case. He got a waiver to continue going after them & so did Barr.

SDNY indicts Florida defense attorney & a local police detective for bribing DEA agents for information on behalf of members of drug cartels.

This is a continuation of cases investigated by DOJ IG Michael Horowitz during the Trump Administration.

China is controlling rare earth minerals markets by buying Swamp creatures around the world to get mining rights & then not mine the minerals in places like Greenland & Ukraine.

Zelensky & Trump sprung the trap!
Why? Because the Clinton Admin through the Gore–Chernomyrdin Commission sold those mining rights 30 years ago to oligarchs.
For Ukraine to resell the rights to the US, they must first prove that the sales to Clinton & Putin's oligarchs were corrupt!
So Trump & Zelensky have cut a deal predicated on Kiev helping Trump drain the Swamps in Ukraine, Russia, the UK, US & EU!

It's looking more & more like this alleged email from the Green Beret that committed suicide outside Trump's hotel in Las Vegas is fake.

The people behind it seem to have used an FBI statement about another message he sent to convince us that FBI confirmed this email was real.
So either he was batshit crazy or the person who fake this email wanted to make him look batshit crazy.
It is possible that they want to use this incident to trick people into thinking their batshit crazy ideas were shared by Livelsberger.
This press conference is discussing a completely different email. But it has been used to convince people, including myself that it was referring to the email in these threads.

McKinsey's Deferred Prosecution Agreement requires them to cooperate with FBI & DOJ for the next 5 years.

If they fail to cooperate in any way, this deal becomes their confession & the criminal charges are revived against the company.

Debarment would mean that they would lose all their federal contracts & be prohibited from bidding on more for a certain number of years.

"Consulting" government agencies is one of their biggest businesses. But they also consult companies trying to evade the same govt. agencies!
