If Elizabeth Warren's policies were adopted they would disrupt the status quo, which I'm pretty sure is the point. Why are we considering this a bad thing? nytimes.com/2019/06/10/us/…
By and large, I live life on the right side of the status quo, but it couldn't be more obvious to me that we're on an unsustainable and frankly un-American (values-wise) trajectory. Something has to change, and while the primary is a long way away, Warren has my attention.
Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are not within the reasonable grasp of far too many people, and this is in a time of low unemployment. Clearly some shit is out of whack. Tweaking doesn't look like it's going to work to me.

The reality is that @LindseyGrahamSC's state would benefit from a policy of reparations, but he only represents the portion of the electorate that wants him superglued to President Trump.

I spend a lot of my day job hours thinking about numerical data and am increasingly fascinated about the inferences we can draw from even single charts. Ex: Based on these ratings, is this a good book?
We could say that we can't tell because N=17 isn't a large sample, though I'm betting that in Amazon's data how a book looks after 15 responses isn't likely all that different than after 100.
The two most common answers are 5 stars and 1 star. This suggests at the least that if you read the book you won't be indifferent about it. There's a good chance you'll be moved to give the book 5 stars, but there's a non-trivial chance that the book will be truly terrible.

I say in Why They Can't Write that we almost couldn't come up with a less efficacious system for helping students learn to write and the experiences of working writers reinforce this for me every single day.
Students should be practicing a much wider array of genres in school, but the trend has instead been increasing specialization, often driven my standards and accountability pressures and lack of resources and support for teachers to work with students individually.

Someone truly committed to “us not me” would be glad the Overton Window was shifting, but Sanders’ campaign is instead impugning Elizabeth Warren, whose policies are substantially equivalent to those of Bernie Sanders. Same old divisiveness.

I could literally post a dozen videos in which Elizabeth Warren calls for the punishment of banking executives because of malfeasance in which they enriched themselves at the cost of consumers.

But the Sanders campaign is trying to paint Warren as a corporate centrist, LOL.

Elizabeth Warren would subsidize a network of childcare centers where employees are paid comparably to public school teachers via a wealth tax on households that have more than $50,000,000 in assets. Way more helpful.
Under Warren's plan, households making less than %200 of the federal poverty level could send children to these centers for free.

Roger Stone & team were double-dipping. The team fanned out across 2 GOP campaigns.

Andrew Miller, stepson of Stone's longtime assistant who has been fighting a grand jury subpoena from Mueller, worked on the Paladino side.

In addition to Stone aide Andrew Miller, Michael Caputo served on the Paladino side as campaign mgr along with pollster Tony Fabrizio on recommendation from Stone. Fabrizio did some polling for Trump's potential 2012 run and officially joined the Trump campaign in May 2016.
