Tánaiste @LeoVaradkar, Minister @mmcgrathtd and Minister @cathmartingreen have announced a package of measures for businesses in Kildare, Laois and Offaly, who have been adversely impacted by renewed #COVID19 restrictions.
The package includes:
➡️Topped up Restart Grant - Eligible businesses will now be entitled to a 20% top up
➡️Prioritised Applications - €1m ringfenced for @Loc_Enterprise Offices to help businesses in the three counties
➡️€1m promotional campaign from @Failte_Ireland

34 diverse projects have successfully secured funding from this year’s call under the Public Service Innovation Fund.
A total of 364 project proposals were received from organisations in all sectors of the Public Service - an increase of 168% in applications over the 2019 pilot.
Two projects from DBEI were amongst the successful projects; the proposal to establish EOLAS, a civil service directory – accessible by all civil servants...
...and with @Dept_CCAE the development of a Climate Action ‘hub’ for the enterprise sector to guide them on their decarbonisation journey.
26 applicants will receive over €40m in funding as the successful #RegionalEnterprise Development Fund Call 3 projects were announced by Minister @HHumphreysFG.

The results of a survey on Irish SMEs sentiment towards Brexit impact & preparedness has been published by Ministers @HHumphreysFG and @PatBreen1.
Of SMEs surveyed, half experienced a #Brexit-related impact in the past year with 72% expecting one even with an orderly withdrawal.
