@realDonaldTrump Fiber-optic cable has already been tested, costs a fraction of the $$ needed for a wall, can be installed w/ little ground disturbance to existing walls, allows animals to migrate, & doesn’t cause flooding. Existing wall is already damaging ecosystems.
