#Hankcon lazy mornings.

They get the day off together. It’s a rarity, but one they always cherish. Hank wakes before Connor; another rarity. He rolls over, and just watches his android ‘sleep.’ With the simulated breathing, if it wasn’t for the LED, he’d look truly human.

Hank wakes up, by simply stroking Connor’s face, touching his freckles, trailing a finger over those lovely lips. Connor doesn’t stir, but Hank swears his lips twitch into a smile. He’s so utterly gorgeous, and he’s still in disbelief that this is his life now.

He sits up, and kisses Connor’s LED, before getting up quietly. He throws on some shorts and a shirt, using the bathroom, before letting Sumo out to do the same. It’s a brisk morning, but not too terribly cold. Nothing a good cup of coffee can’t fix.

When Sumo finishes, they head back inside. Already, the smell of coffee and breakfast hit him, and Hank smiles. Guess Connor was awake. Walking into the kitchen confirms that. Connor is there, dressed in only a simple T-shirt of Hank’s, which is sliding off of his shoulder a bit.

If he notices Hank is here, he doesn’t act on it. Sumo immediately goes to him, nosing at him for a piece of bacon. Connor playfully scolds him, but gives the big oaf a pat on the head. Hank takes in the scene before him, and just...lets it sink in. This truly is his life now.

He finally moves, sliding up behind Connor, and wrapping his arms around him, pulling him close. Connor smiles, and leans against Hank, loving feeling his body, and belly, against his back. He reaches back, cupping Hank’s furry cheek, turning his head to softly say ‘good morning’

against his lips, as they kiss. Hank only lets out a soft noise in response, but this is before coffee. Connor knows Hank is practically non-verbal before coffee. But the kiss he gets in return, tells him everything he needs to know.

This is their life now.
And neither of them would trade it for the world.
