Those who have been following my lawsuit against the disgraced former #FastNFurious U.S. Attorney, Dennis K. Burke, will remember I first sued Burke and several of his #ArizonaMafia colleagues in Massachusetts federal court December 2018. The case number is 1:18-cv-12572-NMG

My $100 million lawsuit against Burke contains allegations Burke has been conducting a lengthy ongoing retaliatory campaign against me.

Burke is the #2 figure in former DHS Sec. Napolitano's #ArizonaMafia political group.

Burke is connected to the nationally famous sex cult, #NXIVM, by virtue of his long standing relationship with the Salinas family of Mexico, led by former Mexican President Carlos Salinas.

In #NXIVM, Dennis K. Burke is Clare Bronfman's attorney. Burke's law partner, John Sandweg (pictured here), has also served as an attorney to Bronfman.

Both men, Burke and Sandweg, attempt to conceal their involvement in the #NXIVM cult, which is now a national news story.

According to court documents in the #NXIVM case, both attorneys, Burke and Sandweg, are under investigation by the federal government for their alleged involvement in a scheme to help Bronfman and #NXIVM leader Keith Raniere circumvent the immigration laws

I first sued Burke in federal court in Massachusetts in December of 2018.

After I sued Burke and #ArizonaMafia members, Burke gathered together a group of 21 Plaintiffs who were shareholders of a business project we were formerly involved with, to sue me at his direction.

The group of twenty-one Plaintiffs filed the Arizona lawsuit on April 19, 2019.

The group of 21 relied on Dennis K. Burke's so called "investigation" ... conducted by Burke, in which Burke alleged he had uncovered "disturbing findings".

In a Motion to Dismiss filed with the Arizona court, it was argued that Burke had lied to his group of twenty-one Plaintiffs; that Burke was using them, and the Arizona lawsuit, to retaliate against me for his own benefit, in the lawsuit I had filed against him in Massachusetts.

On August 1, 2019, the Attorneys representing the group of twenty-one Plaintiffs in Arizona called by phone to inform me they had discovered Burke had lied to them about the facts of the Arizona litigation.

So. This guy. #ArizonaMafia lawyer, a former United States Attorney who resigned in disgrace during the Obama-era #FastNFurious weapons trafficking scandal, previously called a "leaker and a liar" by Deputy U.S. A.G. James Cole, has been caught lying in a legal matter, again.

It sure would be a shame if Burke's co-defendants in the Massachusetts case, @1marcolopez and @medarizona, found out Burke was caught lying to the 21 Plaintiffs by their lawyers in the Arizona lawsuit...

Because, as seen in #FastNFurious, Burke tries to conceal his screw-ups.

Burke was a top player in Obama's "scandal free" administration. Burke has a significant history of lying and retaliating against colleagues. Burke previously lied and retaliated as part of the cover-up in the #FastNFurious weapons trafficking scandal.

In Operation Fast and Furious, weapons were trafficked by agencies of the U.S. Government to drug cartels in Mexico while Dennis K. Burke was the U.S. Attorney for Arizona under Obama.

Dennis K. Burke resigned as U.S. Attorney as a result of his involvement in the scandal.

Lopez, who relies on Dennis Burke to manage his legal affairs, is the Senior Adviser to Mexican businessman Carlos Slim in the United States.

Slim apparently doesn't mind the fact that Lopez Jr. is connected with Burke, #NXIVM, and Enrique Peña Nieto.

In this picture we can again see Marco A. Lopez Jr.'s connection to the Salinas political family of Mexico, as he takes a stroll with the top boss of the Mexican PRI political party, his "friend", Claudia Ruiz Massieu Salinas.

Marco A. Lopez Jr., who served as an adviser to former Mexico President Enrique Peña Nieto wh is now accused of money laundering and involvement with drug cartels by Mexico's new President Lopez Obrador, is also good friends with Arizona Governor, Doug Ducey.

In this extraordinary picture we see Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey with Marco Lopez's "friend", Claudia Ruiz Massieu Salinas, head of the Mexican PRI political party.

Ducey's connection with the murderous Salinas family of Mexico is through Marco A. Lopez Jr. of the #ArizonaMafia.
