"How do we get folks to go from #NeverTrump to #MAGA, boss?"

"Hmm. Maybe get a guest on that says Trump is responsible for millions more deaths than the most brutal socialist and communist leaders in history."

"You don't think that makes us look crazy?"

"Let's find out!"
What @AllenFrancesMD and @brianstelter are doing here is an absolute slap in the face to actual victims of Nazism and communism. There are actual records, pictures of the piles of shoes and rings from the dead bodies of those victims. This is mockery.
These are the actual victims of Nazism and communism. This is what these absolute hacks are saying the President of the United States is worse than. Look at these victims. Look at them and remember what you see. Look hard and tell me the President even compares to this.
When @CNN airs commentators saying the President of the United States has killed millions more than Hitler, Stalin, and Mao, they erase the abhorrent reality of the Holocaust, of Nazism, and of communism. Don't like these disturbing images? Tough. Don't look away.
Those above, by the way, were only the victims of Nazism. Let's do communism under Stalin, shall we?
More of the millions of victims killed by the communist regime of Josef Stalin. Of course, millions of those millions simply "vanished" into thin air, starved, worked to death, executed, and thrown into unmarked graves somewhere no one will find them for centuries.
And Mao's brutal communist regime was arguably worse. Millions simply starved to death because of their government's brutality. It's far less remembered in Western literature and discourse, largely because that same government's crackdown on anyone daring speak out about it.
But yes, @CNN, make the argument that the President of the United States is responsible for millions more deaths than all these. You've gone from hacks to sheer lunatic fringe propagandists.
So, after seeing just what @brianstelter and his guest @AllenFrancesMD claimed the President was millions of dead bodies worse than on live @CNN television, I think we can answer that original question: Does it make them look crazy?

Well yes, "crazy" is a mild way of putting it.

Welp, you voted for it. Here goes a thread on olives for all you preppers and prepperettes! Reply below with your stupid AMA questions!
Olives! Let's talk about olives! So delicious, but such a stigma about how they arrive from the tree to your table.
First of all, green and black olives are the exact same thing, just in different stages of maturity. If you want green olives, pick 'em early. If you want black olives, pick 'em late.

El Paso is now facilitating sanctuary cities to be sanctuary cities.
The left has shown the only way illegal immigration becomes a discussion point outside of conservative circles is to see those who've entered illegally show up in sanctuary cities and enclaves full of rich leftists.
There are, of course, a number of problems with this. First, it becomes a quick photo op (complete with cheap, off-brand cereal because we don't want to waste it on *these* people), and turns into a media-driven rally point for showing just how caring and magnanimous the left is. ImageImage

Inflation is up to 9.1% this month, and that's *with* a month of gas prices in slight decline. What's it gonna be next month when they go back up?
And yes we most likely will see higher prices at the pump. The Biden administration wants them higher. They've said as much. Their policies of killing oil projects and limiting production show this. Diesel is still near all-time highs. That's going to continue to affect shipping.
We've seen farmer protests around the world. That affects supply — not instantly, but after a while. It's getting more expensive to ship goods, which will again affect prices. Nothing is being done to alleviate this, which means we've just seen the tip of the inflationary cycle.

I've been stuck at 19.4K followers for a long while now, no matter how many follows I get. Once in a great while it'll hit 19.5 followed by a quick purge. One of the more interesting tests for new Elon Musk Twitter is when/if that stagnation will change.
My hunch was that 20K had some sort of significance for accounts, thus the throttling.
Of course, I could lose a bunch initially if there's a real bot purge. That's something that needs to happen too.

That background check and waiting period just to buy a new assaultwater pole is ridiculous!
At least you can skip the waiting period when buying a fly fishing rig. Just don't have a buddy try to purchase one for you if you can't get one yourself!
And California still requires identification for purchasing lures and hooks! But hey, the Constitution was written for bass fishing, not for all-you-can-catch ocean tuna fishing! "Tuna" isn't even in the Constitution!

If these measures were put into a single bill by themselves, @PressSec Psaki could prove these 31 Republican senators voted against Ukrainian aid rather than wanting to aid them, but not being able use that as justification for voting for $1,500,000,000 worth of additional pork.
Democrats know Republicans will vote for Ukrainian aid as a single issue item. They also know many won't when the small amount of aid is stuffed into a gigantic trillion-dollar, pork-laden mega-bill. If the Ukrainian aid was that important to Democrats, they could have passed it.
But hey, why not use a token of support for the "good guys" fighting "evil Russia" as a sledgehammer to wield against one's political enemies at home, rather than coming to an agreement with your countrymen who you call terrorists and Nazis?
