The case against Comey is not as strong you would think. Take leaking for example. He used Richman as a cut-out to do the actual leaking. A cut-out given a security clearance. Comey could thus argue that he technically did not leak. Richamn would take the fall. #ComeyIGReport

Sure Richman could say he was ordered to do so. But do you think Comey would be so sloppy as to have ordered Richman to do so other than verbally without witness or recording? I doubt it.

Memos 2, 4, 6, 7 are the ones he copied and sent to his attorney's as well as kept in his safe at home. A gross violation of Departmental policy but did he INTENTIONALLY mishandle classified material? There is that word again....

In May he shared the memos. At the time they were FOUO (for official use only) and not classified. It was not until an FBI review in June that they were up-classifed. pg 13 #ComeyIGReport

The FBI director simply made an honest mistake right? Of course not, but that would be his defense in court. How can one prove or disprove intent? See how that works?

In June Memos 2, 3, 7 were up-classified but notice the important notes. Comey is in the clear with regards to sharing classified information on 3 and 7. pg 13 -14

Memo 2 is where Comey mishandled classified information by not redacting the 6 words. These words are obviously names of people that the President talked to. pg 71

REMINDER: This report was specifically carved out in advance of the #FISA abuse report that is yet to come. Could it be to prepare the public for what is to come?

Why was Comey blatantly violating Dept Policy?
That is the question that is now thick in the air.
