The BDS movement is directly connected to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists that are bombing Israel today. Not in theory or ideology - organizationally.

A THREAD in 7 easy pieces.

First of all, BDS not just an idea. It is an international movement that consists of actual organizations. This article lays it out pretty clearly.

The lead international organization for BDS is BNC, The Palestinian BDS National Committee, established in 2007.

BNC's American arm is US Campaign for Palestinian Rights, a nonprofit umbrella group and the most prominent promoter of BDS in the USA. It uses over 300 smaller orgs to raise money and awareness for BDS. It then funnels the money to BNC.

So what does BNC do with the money?

Because BNC is a foreign entity that does not have to report to the IRS, there is no clear way of ascertaining how they distribute the money. What we do know is who BNC's members are - and some of them are designated by the US government as Foreign Terrorist Organizations.

The first Member group listed on BNC’s website is the Council of National and Islamic Forces in Palestine (PNIF).

PNIF’s members incl:
~Hamas
~Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine
~Popular Front-General Command
~Palestine Liberation Front
~Palestinian Islamic Jihad

All 5 of these Palestinian BDS National Committee members are designated by the US govt as Foreign Terrorist Organizations.

So if you support BDS - even without realizing or intending it - you're being influenced by, supporting, and maybe even financing actual terrorist groups.

Post script: Today a lawsuit was filed in Federal court against U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights for its part in financing 5 Foreign Terror Organizations, via the BDS National Committee.
