Some people may remember, although a lot of people seem to have a great amount of amnesia about this, that 2016 was a rigged primary. gab.com/JaredBeck
And it was rigged for Hillary Clinton. And we know this, because Wikileaks has told us this in black and white, through the release of documents, that showed that the DNC had pre-selected Hillary Clinton,
well before the primaries had even began, and everything was basically a rigged horse race, leading up to the coronation of Hillary Clinton - at least that was the plan.
And when we found this out, as citizens we were outraged, but as lawyers we were contacted by thousands & thousands of people who had given money to the Bernie Sanders campaign and wanted to see a legal recourse what was in my view, and is still my view, is a clear case of fraud.
Bernie Sanders took $250M approximately, from people all over the country...on the premise that he was running a bona fide campaign for the Democratic nomination, and it just wasn't true.
So we did what lawyers do, we signed retainer agreements with thousands of people, we investigated facts, we investigated the legal claims, and we wrote a complaint, and we filed it in federal court.
--seeking damages and injunctive relief. We actually filed our case before Wikileaks even released its documents--
if people will recall, there was the Guccifer 2.0 release of documents which came just before Wikileaks + that release contained some very damaging internal DNC files, which showed just what I explained, that the primary was rigged from the start.
So, that was the beginning of the legal journey, some very unexpected and disturbing things happened along the way, notably the murder of a young man who would certainly have been a key witness in our case had it proceeded,
that being Seth Rich, on the streets of D.C., in July of 2016, and his murder remains unsolved to this day.
Our process server Sean Lucas, another young man from D.C., who Elizabeth retained, served the complaint on the DNC and Debbie Wasserman Schultz at their headquarters in Washington, D.C., he also died under mysterious circumstances.
His girlfriend found him on the bathroom floor of their apartment...I've never seen the actual autopsy for Sean Lucas, but according to the D.C. police's investigation he was found with three different substances in his system,
and doctors I've spoken to say this doesn't really make sense, there's something odd going on, but there are folks who have investigated the Sean Lucas situation and I encourage people to read that if they are interested...
but this is all before we even got to court, we were already dealing with some very, very disturbing situations that I never would have imagined, that would touch me as a citizen of this country.
The problem is that there's been so much propaganda and obstruction from the mainstream media and others, dealt in order to obscure the Seth Rich murder from public view and to create confusion, so I really don't think we will ever see a bona fide investigation of that murder.
Someday in the future we may finally learn the truth of what happened, but everything exists now in this unbelievable cloudy haze that the media creates, like a smokescreen to blind us to the truth of acts that are going on, what's going on in our country.
Seth Rich is just one example.
So just to go back to the #DNCFraudLawsuit, outside all of the crap that happened to the witnesses, and the threats that we had, and the strange calls that we got at our office and so forth, but just to go to what happened on the merits:
We had a hearing in the district court in Ft. Lauderdale, and the judge asked many, many, very interesting questions but ultimately issued an order dismissing the case, on the basis that the Plaintiffs did not have standing to pursue the case.
Then we filed an appeal to the 11th circuit court of Appeals, and we had an oral argument in front of a panel of three judges about a year ago, and there was nothing happening on the case for about a year.
We recently got an opinion from the 11th circuit, upholding the decision to dismiss the case.
During the hearing in the lower court, the lawyer for the DNC admitted on the record that it is the DNC's official position that they have the right to rig the primaries.
Now, he didn't factually admit that the 2016 primaries were rigged, although anyone that's been through the Wikileaks release would see indisputable evidence that the primaries were rigged.
...outside of all the studies that people have done on election irregularities that were going on in many states, ballots being shredded, and so forth.
But what the DNC lawyer did admit to was very, very concerning because it (reveals) what the DNC is all about, which is that it is not a mechanism by which people vote, and thereby determine who runs in the Presidential election,
but it's an organization (where) the people who run it have the discretion to pick whoever they want, and when an organization has that discretion they will always exercise (it), and that's not going to be a candidate that's going to benefit the people.
I don't understand why anybody would waste their time and money and attention on (the DNC) as a vehicle for political change. By the way, I think the RNC works in the exact same way.
I'm not advocating becoming a Republican, I'm saying that if you're looking to be politically involved in this country, you really need to think hard about these issues
because if you take the path of giving money to candidates and voting in elections, you're actually participating in an illusion, you are propagating an illusion.
I got very, very frustrated in the wake of the #DNCFraudLawsuit...a lot of people remember it and refuse to have anything to do with the DNC anymore,
but it seemed like a lot of people who were very, very active in 2016, they went back to the same formula without any appreciation of any lessons that could be learned or should be learned from the unrebutted facts of 2016.

The nation-state (and with it, the USA as a sovereign polity) will not be formally eradicated until the Baby Boomer generation is mostly deceased. This generation's obedience to nation-state lines of authority would be too much of an obstacle otherwise.
It will take about 10-20 years from now for the Covid op to run its course, ending with the de-legitimizing of those political structures which imposed the vaccine mandates against the false threat.
The parallels to what happened in and to Nazi Germany should be clear and will become clearer over time.
I would suggest that the new "out in the open" strategy is a function of the implementation and development of the "information society," a society that has made the globalists rich beyond their wildest dreams but ...
at the same time has made it impossible to obscure certain facts from the population at large.
Censorship strategies can never have the potent, pervasive effect they had in past eras (e.g., the Inquisition) because the Information Society, and especially the Internet, inherently permits data an escape route no matter how dedicated the censorship efforts.
I enjoy seeing all the newly woke medical professionals on Linkedin speaking out against the Covid psyop, but what's sad (and kind of funny too) is the extent to which they still have faith in elections and the political process.
No we cannot "vote" out the politicians in order to terminate the psyop. The psyop will only end when the existing political structure is illegitimated.
Obvious to me but totally obscure to those who have no earthly idea when it comes to the political/legal system and the extent to which it is fueled by fake elections and attendant propaganda.
You are 100% correct. The Covid psyop will ultimately give way to a Secession psyop, which will ultimately give way to a Civil War psyop. All three are staged operations with the end result being the dismantling of the U.S. in favor of some "world government" structure.
Much like WW2 and its precursors were staged with the end goal of dismantling European states in favor of a bipolar/quasi-internationalist structure. The U.S.-dominated system no longer serves the interests of the Controllers.
So it is being dismantled through a series of operations. We can observe the operations and understand them, but we really do not have the agency to change course
I’ve got an open mind and I’ve got my interests and, you know, it’s very difficult to put everything into a particular order or a particular philosophy because, I think it’s a vast world out there, full of information, and I cannot pretend to have a handle on it all.
Particularly now, we’re at a very interesting moment in time where we’re all so dependent on technology and by design, also distracted by technology. And, distracted by easy access to endless entertainment - by meaningless things.
I don't think too many of us can accurately deduce what exactly is behind all of it, and I don't claim to know what we’re supposed to do about it.
San Francisco has six "safe sleeping villages", spending $18.2m for 260 tents for the homeless. The city's homelessness dept. is now asking for $15m a year for a similar # of tents ($57,000 per tent per year) - twice the median cost of a 1 BR apartment.
