#LUCKNOW Situation is alarming. There has been a massive crackdown on students, activists, human rights organisation, community organisations, civil society, individuals, and residents. Muslim communities and regions are specifically being targeted.

From estimate of #Lucknow based organisation, more than 200 people have been detained from Lucknow only and this could be underestimate. Across UP there are atleast 20 cases of deaths due to police brutality.

Retd. IPS Darapuri & Sr.Adv Shoib has been arrested & r in Judicial Custody (Jail). Both r senior citizens above 75 & both suffer from heart condition & cancer respectively.
