...sila ang mga mawawalan o nawalan na ng kita simula bukas. My proposal for P10,000 cash aid para may pantawid at pambili ng pagkain, tubig, gamot, pamasahe at pambayad-upa. Pwedeng kunin ang pondo mula sa calamity fund o paghatian ng national at local government.
This cash aid will keep Fils in poverty and near-poverty afloat during this COVID-19 crisis. WALANG IWANAN, lalung-lalo na sa mga pinakanangangailangan sa panahong ng COVID-19 crisis na ito.

Pres Duterte should stop blaming women and how we look and dress for the growing number of rape cases. Appearance doesn't cause rape, rapists do. Rape is the fault of the rapist. It is very disturbing to see a Pres who makes jokes about rape.
& to those who defend it by calling it a joke, & by telling us not to give it too much weight, I can assure you that no rape victim or survivor, no woman - since every woman is at risk in this rape culture - ever finds it funny.

After the killing of thousands, the systematic attacks against democratic institutions, the relentless sexism, the surrender of our sovereignty to China and the worsening economic slump, I expect nothing true and good from Pres Duterte's SONA.
If there is anything good at all that will be said, I fear that this will only be used to deodorize the stench of death, corruption & incompentence under the Duterte administration. Under Duterte's rule, the bad outweighs the good.
The Pres is anything but a loving father of the country. On the contrary, Pres Duterte is an abusive father. & like any abusive father, the Pres will subject us to his irrational, verbally abusive stream-of-consciousness rants and rambling.

NO DRESS CODE FOR RAPE: I am extremely disappointed w/ the Angono police's anti-rape info flyer. While the intention of the material may be good, it promotes victim-blaming by asking women to conform to a particular way of dressing in order to be respected and avoid being raped.
The Angono police's anti-rape flyer lays unwarranted blame on rape victims. The material that they issued is not only an insult to many victims of rape and other forms of sexual violence, but also sends a wrong signal that women are raped because of our actions or preferences.
May I remind our police force: Clothes don't cause rape, rapists do. Instead of "teaching" women how to dress "appropriately,” our police force should help in educating the public, especially men, that forcing themselves upon women is unacceptable and constitutes rape.
