IPCC postponed the publication of its phase one report on complaints against police handling of #HKProtests due to a judicial review of its power, of which hearing will start on 3/24. IPCC is set to publish a full-year report after the ruling is handed down approximately in April
IPCC chair Anthony Neoh said in the belated report will include all the issues IPCC will look into, including 6.9, 6.12, 7.1, 7.21, 8.11, 8.31, San Uk Ling and display of police officer number.
