The report into the Secret Service spending at Trump’s Turnberry resort was published today by the OIG for the Homeland Security Dept. It’s redacted in part, but revealing nonetheless.

It's been nearly a week since @realDonaldTrump's Scottish properties shut up shop due to #Covid19. I've asked @TrumpTurnberry, @TrumpScotland & the Trump Org in NY if staff are being retained on full pay, or if there have been redundancies/wage cuts/furloughs. No one has answered
However, thanks to Scottish Government measures designed to mitigate the economic impact of #covid19 on the retail, hospitality, and tourism sectors, @realDonaldTrump's Scottish resorts will not have to pay £970,000+ in non-domestic rates (essentially a tax on businesses).
In light of this, the economic impact on Trump's courses here is hard to gauge, but it will be significant. Even before #covid19 hit, they had yet to turn a penny in profit under his ownership.

.@realDonaldTrump’s Turnberry resort is due to host a large scale boxing dinner a week tomorrow. Hosts of sports events across the UK & EU have been cancelled due to Coronavirus, but promoters say the Trump event is nearly sold out, and as things stand, will go ahead as planned.
48 hours on, Trump Turnberry is still going ahead with its boxing dinner event this Saturday and, the following day, a Mother's Day afternoon tea.
A boxing dinner event due to be held at @realDonaldTrump’s Turnberry hotel has been cancelled - not because the resort pulled it, but due to a blanket order by the sport’s governing body. Turnberry is still advertising tickets for a Mother’s Day afternoon tea this Sunday.

Pleased to be shortlisted for financial journalist of the year at next month's @ScotPressAwards, and to see the great work of my @TheScotsman colleagues @AlastairDalton @DaniGaravelli1 @wornoutmumhack @brianjaffa @conor_matchett & @aidansmith07 recognised scotns.org.uk/awards/
But as @wornoutmumhack has pointed out, the shortlist is a sign of the glaring diversity deficit in the Scottish press - 69 male nominees, and just 31 female. If it was any other industry, we'd be the ones tasked with questioning that statistic, and justifiably so.
On a lighter, personal note, I'm thrilled at the prospect of spending an evening in a crowded hotel room full of people whose job is to meet other people and travel extensively.
