Liban woke and continued to feel discomfort and possibly pain while he was preparing presentation. He did not pay attention to his feeling to guide material preparations. This took almost three hours.
It almost took an hour of rest and meditation for Liban to become fully aware of what was going on around him; the environment gets darker when he gets tired. He took amaprazole without food and ate only after two hours; he then felt shortness of breath again and tiredness.
He feels better now and he is editing old works. Someone took his tweet and a lot of people responded to him; he also gets a lot of response when he writes on a Facebook page that has a lot of followers. So you need both good content, fame and many followers to get responses
Liban has finished session now. He wished to take a break but he refused to take a break unless session ends. He is not in the mood to work, but he is forcing himself to get the work done. He will soon start the next session.
He has started another session and worked even though he was still tired. Tiredness appears to be going away. It often forced him to sleep a lot and in the absence of noting this, he repeated it, thereby getting not much work done. He took break and now he will do another session
Liban has finished now the fourth session, editing old works. Liban noted that he used to have similar feelings of tiredness when he was at work. However, he used to work anyway, taking breaks here and now. He learned that he does not need to sleep, except at night.
1322,
The fifth session was not finished. Instead Liban talked to a family member who called. He should have told her to wait until he finishes the session. It looks like the session took 30 minutes. Liban researched questions for the caller and then she left.
Liban feels as if he is at work, feeling satisfied, having followed reason, & refused to follow blind impulse to sleep more than 30 minutes and thus disrupt the sleep cycle. Liban feels great about this accomplishment.
Sixth session would now start. Liban rested an hour. He will report later.
Sixth session would now start. Liban rested an hour. He will report later. Liban wrote preceding lines 57 min ago, finishing 6th session. Afterwards, someone called him and he did not say leave message. Afterwards, he browsed too, losing 30 minutes. He will clean next session.
Liban cleaned his room and listened to articles on dominant process of MBTI; he was typed before as an INFP. He believes that is not the case because he does not have any evidence for that. ‘They say introverted feeling’ he said, I don’t know what that means. 7th session finished
Liban finished 8th session, taking care of urgent matters, and occasionally checking blogs and social media. He will take break to eat and re-start. 1715. Liban used most this session, productively, such as cleaning.
Liban is about to finish his 9th session. He stood and wrote on white board, opened the window for fresh air. His tiredness started to depart. He rolled with his pessimism, taking it to its logical conclusion. He said his topic is free association, doing research for its own sake
He ended the 10th session, while working on philosophy, security and politics, and not making any substantive issues. He is learning that focusing on specific goal or topic and then working on it helps him make substantive development.
