TIME IN ISOLATION

This is the medicine they are using around the world to save hundreds of thousands of lives right now. Today. Proven effective.

Let me show you how it works.

A person is sick: body aches, cough, fever, really fatigued. They get a test that same day. The result comes back that same day and let's say it is (+).

Sadly, we don't have good medicine FOR THIS PERSON.

If they get sicker, they need to go to the hospital. If they can't breathe, they get oxygen. If that doesn't work, a ventilator can save their life.

So what about TIME IN ISOLATION?

What good is medicine that doesn't help the sick person??

Here's the good news: Most people won't get really sick.

They don't need any medicine at all.

They will get better in a few weeks.

BUT, we can "treat" the next 100 or 1000 patients who would get infected from this one sick person.

We have to find out who they have been around during the few days before they got sick and test them. Then everything else goes the same.

If you are sick, you have to stay isolated until you stop being infectious. There's another virus family dead. Gone. Extinct. Forever.
