2. Rural communities have been historically under-served for medical care. When it gets spread there, these aging communities may be decimated.

3. But China why wouldn't it have also spread in Chinese rural areas? I think believing China's claim they stopped the virus without US health surveillance officials given access to China's rural is unwise. Trusting the CCP again is not an option as potentially catastrophic.
