UM Health System Dr. Armen Henderson was outside his home unloading his van. @MiamiPD cop "patrolling the area after receiving complaints of people dumping trash" cuffs him "when he didn’t show ID," says "you should refer to me as sir or sergeant when talking to me." (VIDEO 1/2)

Dr. Henderson (on the right with his van) was cleaning out the van this morning so he could go out to test homeless for COVID-19 in Downtown Miami and Overtown and give out masks, gloves, thermometers, cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc.
Dr. Henderson's statement on Facebook this morning: "After I was uncuffed, I went downtown where 200 houseless people are sharing 2 porta potties already brimming with feces...We've handed out 100s of tents, we gave out 100s of masks. We provided 100s of meals and bottled water."
