As Christians celebrate this year's #Easter signifying the death and resurrection of Christ Jesus, it is pertinent to congratulate all Christians in Edo State and indeed Nigeria for yet another opportunity to remind ourselves of the justification of our faith. 
According to Cardinal Luis Antonio Gokim Tagle " in the midst of loss, uncertainty and suffering, something incredible is happening: we are noticing the bonds which forms our human family. Bonds that we previously took for granted or ignored. As we all live in isolation and
become vulnerable, the global suffering we are seeing has made startlingly apparent to us that we need other people and other people need us too". Yet the love of Christ must continue to urge us in II Cor. 5:14. which love seen in small and large gestures of hope and solidarity,
is calling us to a new future and new way of living. #Covid_19 knows no borders but neither do faith, hope or love. More than ever before, we need each other in love and truth.
I therefore enjoin all of us to renew our faith in Christ at this period by showing one another

boundless love and solidarity at this most difficult time.
Let's dedicate our confinement to our homes to pray fervently for God's mercies upon humanity and the body of Christ.

On my part, my entire life has been dedicated to serve humanity and shall continue to contribute my quota through the love of God and His people for the advancement of God's kingdom on earth and development of our State and its people.
