No where is it anywhere close to the doomsday numbers. Issue is that some hospitals can’t handle even a fraction of the dark projections and THAT is the issue; seen early on in Italy.
If NY is losing 700 people a day from Coronavirus as it is now counted, it would be 255,500 deaths in a year. Worse, this 700 a day is despite weeks of lockdowns. With no lockdowns, NY would easily lose 2-3 times this number is what we are told. Right? Possible, but
1,750 deaths a day X 365 = 638,750. Psst. The darkest of estimates for the U.S. predicted 2.2 million deaths if nothing was done. Again, 2.2 million for all of the US; not 638K in NY alone. The other point is that many of those 700 are likely dying with - not of - Coronavirus.
This is not my assumption. This is what reversing the data just showed you. “Yossi are you saying so and so?” Um, the few tweets above say what I am saying. Don’t twist my words. Stay healthy and stay sane. Have a blessed rest of the week.
