Let's consider whether Dr. Oz's views are consistent with the Trump-FOX-GOP.

I'll start a list.

Second example: Trump asked Anthony Fauci, the nation’s leading infectious disease expert and a key member of the White House’s coronavirus task force, whether U.S. officials could allow the coronavirus pandemic to “wash over” the country. . .

. . . "wash over" the country means to allow the virus to spread, lots (like LOTS) of people will die, others will develop immunity, and the economy can continue.

This reporting is consistent with what we've seen from Trump.

They want the order loosened up. With incredibly shortsightedness and lack of understanding of how a pandemic spreads, they note that "the hospitals. . .

. . . "have adequate capacity."

Paraphrasing now: Doctor's eyes are opened to the problem, so even though they don't have the equipment they need we can always reinstate restrictions if the hospitals are overrun.

At that point it will be too late.

One thing to notice. . .

. . . the Texas Freedom Caucus is endangering the lives of the medical professionals and first responders, who will have to expose themselves to this virus in order to care for the ill.

. . . telling us that the 34,234 deaths so far don't really matter because they were people's parents and grandparents instead of children, which (1) isn't true, young people are dying and (2) the statement is cruel and evil and calloused and that is all I will say about it. . .

. . . next with a hat tip to @FrauPage here is GOP congressman saying that letting more Americans die of coronavirus is lesser of the two evils compared to tanking the economy . . .

I'll add this here because yesterday my mentions were invaded by an army of trolls telling me that Pelosi is just as bad as the GOP because she isn't doing anything and because Trump hasn't suffered any "consequences."

When I asked for specifics (what specifically can Pelosi do that she hasn't) he blocked me.

It's definitely a coordinated effort. I have no doubt that bots originating from outside the US (who would like to see chaos here) are helping push it.
