Tactical vs strategic: a tactical solution focuses on a single pain point or stage in the user journey. A strategic solution targets multiple issues, across multiple journey stages. This is the key to focus and leverage - maximum impact for the resources you devote to it

Finally never forget: strategy is something you HAVE, not something you WRITE.

You do not need a big thick document, or massive powerpoint deck. Stickers and posters can channel your strategy just, or more, effectively.
