Becton uses his body to his advantage, matches his step back with the speed and the rusher. Gets his hands inside of the chest of the defender and keeps his balance to finish the play. Great play to start off with. #KroenickFilm

Becton comes high out of his stance but I wanted to show this rep for multiple reasons. Standing at 6’7” you’d think Becton would struggle athletically. That isn’t the case, he’s got his hand in the dirt and gets out of his stance quickly on a zone run. Athletic. #KroenickFilm

Becton does a great job of getting to the 2nd level and creating a running lane for the RB. In this rep he blocks 2 defenders but the RB misses the lane and runs into the 3 of them. Credit to the defense for clogging the lane behind Becton. #KroenickFilm

You’ll notice how strong of a punch Becton has in a few but watch the edge rushers upper body after he makes contact with Becton. Gets pushed back after Becton uses smooth footwork to match the rushers speed. #KroenickFilm

Just look at the power behind Bectons initial punch 🤛 to the edge defender. Nearly knocks him back to grade school. Defender loses his balance after Becton hits him with a 1 piece McNugget. #KroenickFilm

Nothing really happens here but I wanted to show how great Bectons footwork is when he’s pass blocking without a rusher being in the way. #KroenickFilm

Becton fires low out his stance and uses his strength to push the DE down the LOS on a play action zone. DE stops, Becton stops quickly and starts blocking. However, the QB gets hit, ball hits Becton, DE catches the ball and Becton tackles him. Crazy play. #KroenickFilm

Becton has a good sense for the 2nd level of the defense on run plays. If you were to imagine the RB running behind Becton he has nothing but green grass with him. Becton turns the corner well and seals the LBs off creating the run lane behind him. #KroenickFilm

Recovery footwork needs to be better, initially Becton does a great job of using his feet to match the rusher. But when the rusher abruptly stops and changes direction, he leaves Becton behind. The guy does weigh 364lbs, give em a break. #KroenickFilm

Becton fires out of his stance but can’t recover after the DT hits him with a mean punch. Offensively Becton is great but defensively he lacks recovery in hand battles. #KroenickFilm

Becton fires low out his stance and combo blocks the DT with the guard 8 yards upfield. That’s great but you’d like to see Becton initially help the guard with 1 hand, n use the other to grab the 2nd level defender from clogging the lane or moving up into 2nd level. #KroenickFilm

Becton shows patience and his veteran savvy ness on this rep, nobody rushes him at first but he doesn’t stop moving his feet. This makes it easy for him to pick up the trailing rusher off of a stunt. Gets his hands on the rusher. Great rep. #KroenickFilm

It’s a false start but I wanted to show it any. Notice Becton never moves, a part of Bectons game that is a highly coveted part of offensive lines in the NFL. Being smart and not costing your team 5 yards. #KroenickFilm

Becton fires out his stance and quickly uses his hands/momentum to push the DT down the LOS. By the time the DT realizes where he is the ball is thrown. #KroenickFilm

Perfect rep from Becton here, fires out of his stance and gets a hold of the edge defender. Notice how Becton doesn’t allow the defender to “turn the edge” or get around him. Becton keeps moving his feet till the TE finishes the block for him. Great job on a zone run. #NFL

Becton comes high out of his stance but my goodness he destroys the Dend with his initial punch. Becton lowered his body before firing up creating power to over match the defender. Poor guy needed therapy after this play. #KroenickFilm

Becton is an Elite level prospect and I don’t put that lightly. For his size, he’s a phenomenal athlete that has good footwork and he’s very physical. He can step in right away and start for any team in a abbreviated offseason.
