Martin Lee, founder of @HKDemocrats and HK's no 1 senior counsel, is the first to be released on bail.
Lee said he had no regret and felt relieved to be arrested as so many young people were taken by the force in the past few months.
He will be mentioned in court on 5/18.
@HKDemocrats veteran Sin Chung-kai was also released on bail, pending court mention on May 18.
Meanwhile #JimmyLai has been sent from Kowloon City Police Station to Kowloon West Regional Headquarters.
Labour Party's Lee Cheuk-yan and League of Social Democrats' Raphael Wong are released on bail.
Arrest sheets of Lee Cheuk-yan showed that the allegation of “organising and participating in unauthorised rally on August 18” implicated Lee, Jimmy Lai, Margaret Ng, Leung Kwok-hung, Cyd Ho, Albert Ho, Leung Yiu-chung, Martin Lee and Au Nok-hin .
The allegation of “organizing and participating in unauthorised rally on October 1” implicated Lee Cheuk-yan, Figo Chan, Leung Kwok-hung, Albert Ho, Yeung Sum, Cyd Ho, Avery Ng, Jimmy Lai, Sin Chung-kai and Richard Tsoi.
#JimmyLai is released on bail. He left Kowloon City Police Station without making any comment.
Yeung Sum and Albert Ho of @HKDemocrats were bailed out earlier this evening.
Margaret Ng is bailed out!
Ng said it was her first time to be arrested in 72 years of life, and whether the Public Order Ordinance is reasonable and up to human rights standards needs more discussions.
She called on people to use voluntary legal services if arrested.
"When the rule of law is in a crisis, shall we walk out or fight on? This is the most difficult struggle for us the legal sector. We must stand fast to fight for human rights and freedom no matter how frustrated we may feel," Margaret Ng said.
Margaret Ng said she didn't deliberately bring the book China's National Security into the police station to preach rule of law, "who would want to listen?" she laughed. She said she happened to be doing some homework on national security legislation in Hong Kong when police came
Labour Party's Cyd Ho is released on bail from Aberdeen Police Station.
Avery Ng of the League of Social Democrats was bailed out about an hour ago. The first thing he said in front of the camera was: "Wait, let me sort this out first, how many were arrested?" (15) "15? Insane.”
Longhair Leung Kwok-hung is bailed out.
As @chrf_hk’s Figo Chan and @HKDemocrats’s Richard Tsoi we’re bailed out earlier tonight, Leung Yiu-chung remains the last of the 15 to be bailed. Leung was arrested about 4 hours ago after LegCo closed for the day.

Choy was found guilty of “making false statement” 2 years ago for choosing the purpose of “other traffic and transport related matters” on the application form for car owner info from public registries controlled by the Transport Dept.

A woman surnamed Cheung and in all black outfit was searched and let go by police. She told reporters police didn’t specify what made her suspicious and only checked her ID and bag. She took the search rather easy, “everyone knows what day is it today.”
