This is ridiculous.
The program was meant to retain jobs for small businesses. Among the loans handed out, banks also gave some to some franchise locations for a few major chains (those are also small businesses where regular people work & need their jobs!)

The program isn't perfect, but it is effectively doing what we need it to do, which is to keep these businesses afloat and keep people employed.
Pelosi is holding countless American jobs hostage. Jobs that might never return.

Every small business that is qualified shd get the loans. The problem isn't that some hotels or restaurant franchise locations are getting it, but that others are not and the program is out of $. It desperately needs more funding to succeed, & Pelosi is blocking that.
