Roger Froikin @rlefraim wrote, "IT IS TIME THAT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE TOLD ABOUT THE COVID-19 RISK FACTORS HONESTLY.

This from a CDC Employee. Risk factors as determined by frequency involved in serious illness and deaths in the USA and Europe: 1)
1. SMOKING. The vast majority of deaths worldwide are smokers. Why has this not be publicized in the US?
2)
In addition, disparities between rates of death between male & female patients & between majority & minority patients parallels percent of such populations that smoke from non-smokers.

2. Any lung and breathing problems - illnesses affecting breathing. 3)
3. Drug Use. Any drugs that cause the drying and damage to mucous membrane tissue in nose, trachea, and lungs.

4. Diabetes and any other disease that weakens the immune system.

5. Age. Over age 65, greater risk. 4)
6. Greater risk as a function of type of housing — more dense housing - greater risk of spread of the disease." 5)
