A. Profoundly Narcissistic
B. Obviously, factually untrue (are we really to believe the President receives no or little medical care?)

10/ CONCLUSION: This is one of the most narcissistic things Trump has said while in office — and it's an obvious lie. Trump knows his medical care is excellent, but he wants the public to believe he's not being cared for adequately.
