1. So it appears #PhilGriffin & #AndrewLack are @MSNBC execs making daily decisions to run life-threatening deza. But because the @comcast audit committee should have reviewed corp liability for broadcasting disinformation that causes death in a pandemic, I would focus on them.
2. IMO damage suits for personally injury caused by @MSNBC should look at naming @comcast audit committee as personally liable. I'm pretty sure they have passed on SOA safe harbor because broadcasting an obvious mentally ill person advocating drinking poison has no defense.

4. Here is the Comcast code of conduct. Lots of good material for people whose attorneys are thinking of filing damage claims against Comcast board for violating its code of conduct. @GoldmanSachs

When Trump comes into the pressers recently, he's likely just been told his polls are falling. He's not paying any attention to medical reality. He goes into the echo chamber of the extreme right internet and sees what his lunatic fringe is talking about. And sells it.
The thing that backing down will do for trump is make the fringe like the Qanon crew think Trump has betrayed the the cause of crazy. The scope of the propaganda infiltration of US society is immense. But has to be maintained. Putin knows and may tell Trump to change course.

1. I use my knowledge of Shakespeare as a resource to analyze leaders. If I step back for a moment and match Trump to a tragic character, I would start with the Scottish play. Ambition leads to a crime that leads to power and then hopefully defeat by a noble warrior.
2. IMO Trump gets regular internal polls that show him losing in November. Reality is not fun for him so he reverts to his glory days of TV that he may actually think was why he won rather than the GRU's masterful micro-targetting operation in three swing states.
3. But this is not 2016 and the #GRU is not as free to operate. So what does Trump think of when he plots? He thinks of the specter of January 20, 2021 and being out of power. He's hidden Russian and Chinese financial entanglements, engaged in bribery and graft on an epic level.
