Most people on the right believe that the Shutdowns shouldn't have happened, yet more than half don't blame Trump.

Please reconcile that, because he fully supported them and still does.
Here are my thoughts on the shutdown. In hindsight, yes they were a bad idea. The models were wrong. But, President Trump didn't get the benefit of hindsight. He had to make a decision in real time. And with the info he had, he chose to save lives over economic benefit.
The question we all must answer now , is will Trump be better at rebooting the economy or will a Democrat? I know that answer.

I'm not worried about 2020. Trump will win reelection. I am worried about 2024 and beyond. Unless some major changes take place, President Trump will be the last Republican President.

The reason I think this is because the entire system of communication and education is rigged in favor of Democrats.

The entire media hates Republicans and works for the leftist agenda. Not only do they attack Republicans but they cover up the sins of Democrats
Hollywood, Sports, and entertainment are all committed supporters of the Democrats and the leftist agenda .
