3 massive lifestyle changes, and I recommend you do the same.
Let's get into them:
This one's obvious.
But I remember well around the time (approx. 2014), I was trying keto and high fat breakfasts, and guess what?
I still wasn't getting anywhere.
Getting that eating window much narrower was what really limited my appetite.
Once your appetite goes down from being insatiable (easily eating >3500 calories per day), to 'normal' (<2500 calories per day), your life changes forever.
*Less bloat
*Leaner face
*Less heart/breathing/cardio problems
*Better sex appeal
*More confidence
IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN TOO.
Getting shredded is impossible with the wrong system.
But with the right system?
It's actually quite easy most of the time (it only gets tough towards the end).
Here's #2:
I quickly realised that every morning would be very difficult if I was hungry and craving sugary/BS cereal.
So I 'bridged the gap' between 8am & 12pm with a combination of:
- Black coffee
- Different teas
- Water
And I soon forgot about any 'hunger'.
Everyone has different 'trigger foods'.
Foods that make you want more.
And more.
And more.
These are the foods that make you obese, and will convince you you're still 'hungry' 4k calories later.
THEY HAVE TO GO.
If you're serious about...
Permanently.
You won't cut the fat until you do this.
It'll be 3 days of good eating, 1 day of shite.
And that 1 day..
And in reality, it also creates an unhealthy relationship with food in your mind.
Which means more stress, more muscle loss etc.
