Thirdly, stock your fridge up with the 'good stuff' (like meat), and if you really want to treat yourself, have some frozen yoghurt with fruit.
If you want to get to 10% body fat and look like a fitness model, snacking isn't the way to get there.
Fast, then FEAST.
If you're feasting on quality food, you won't want to snack.
Fast or feast.
No inbetween.
Yes, it's discouraging to NOT see progress.
So?

The reality is that the more often you weigh yourself, the more you will hold yourself accountable, and the more focused you're going to be.
I'd be careful with these as they can add a decent amount of sugar to your diet, and your discipline will start to erode over time.
A tiny amount is probably fine.
But a lot of people overdo it.

Food volume is simply how much space it takes up in your stomach.
With junk food, you need a lot of it to feel full.
With veggies, you don't need much.
Food volume is key to fat loss.
