5 BIG Fat Loss Mistakes (Almost Everyone Falls For)

*THREAD*
1) Take-Outs

You know this is bad.

Not only because of the excess calories, but also the:

- Lack of self-control
- Future health problems
- Sugar
- You don't really know what you're getting

etc.

But if you're serious about getting lean, here's what you can do...
Firstly, delete all these apps from your phone.

Secondly, unsub from their email lists (and subscribe to useful ones *hint*hint*)

Thirdly, stock your fridge up with the 'good stuff' (like meat), and if you really want to treat yourself, have some frozen yoghurt with fruit.
2) Snacking

If you want to get to 10% body fat and look like a fitness model, snacking isn't the way to get there.

Fast, then FEAST.

If you're feasting on quality food, you won't want to snack.

Fast or feast.

No inbetween.

Do you want the truth or not?

The reality is that the more often you weigh yourself, the more you will hold yourself accountable, and the more focused you're going to be.
4) Sugary Sauces

I'd be careful with these as they can add a decent amount of sugar to your diet, and your discipline will start to erode over time.

A tiny amount is probably fine.

But a lot of people overdo it.

Food volume is simply how much space it takes up in your stomach.

With junk food, you need a lot of it to feel full.

With veggies, you don't need much.

Food volume is key to fat loss.
Most people are training at home, but ordering take outs and eating like sh**.

Training won't solve your insulin problems or future obesity.

DIET does that.

If you want to start blasting the fat, I'll show you exactly how:
