Associated Press has found more corroborating evidence of Tara Reade's accusation against Biden: two more people who say she told them about it -- one when it allegedly occurred, the other in 2008. This is way more corroboration than many accusers have.

As for the omission of the assault in Reade's complaint, this has long been known, as @RyanGrim noted.

But I thought a main point of #MeToo was that victims often don't report at the time? Dr. Ford never did about Kavanaugh: even when he was nominated to the DC Court of Appeals.

Are we now back to presuming a female accuser is lying about her rape and/or assault if she did not file a criminal or otherwise official complaint at the time or shortly after the incident occurred? Because if that's now the standard again, it doesn't bode well for Dr. Ford.
