We have here former NYC Health Commish & Obama’s former CDC Director, who pleaded guilty last year in a sexual assault case committed against a family friend.
The House #Democrats invited him to testify about Trump’s handling of the virus.

Of course he pretty much got off. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor and no jail time to avoid the public hearing all about what happened.

Even the NYT reported on his arrest, but of course they didn’t use the same language as they would have had he been a Republican appointee.
Their headline used “groping” instead of “sexual assault.”
