Don't believe me?
I'll show you why 👇
In 2020, it's just too easy to eat 4k+ calories, especially when you eat all day long.
How easy is it to burn thousands of calories?
Not easy at all.
There's just no comparison.
The vast, vast majority of the human population is addicted to sugar RIGHT NOW.
Which renders it impossible for them to get lean via training alone.
How?
By definition, you are ADDICTED TO FOOD.
Your greed will always beat your will to exercise.
So overall:
Eliminating the sugar addiction comes first, if you want to get shredded.
If you are part of the 99.997% of the population that is not a professional athlete, then 40-60 hours of your week are spent NOT exercising.
An athlete is different.
They're being paid to burn calories.
But for you with YOUR job?
40-60 hrs per week working, leaves you with a pitiful amount left to train/burn calories.
MAYBE 6-8 hrs per week (if you're really young with 0 responsibilities).
VS 40+ of an athlete?
No comparison.
This simply compounds the above problem.
You're already spending 40-60 hrs per week NOT exercising.
If you have any resemblance of a family or social life, this is added on top.
More:
In contrast:
A good diet solves all of this.
You get shredded, and it doesn't cost you any time (especially if it's only 1-2 meals a day).
