It's official:

I AM NO LONGER A REGISTERED DEMOCRAT.

I can now fight tooth and nail to defeat Trump and his GOP racists and crooks. And I can do it without owning the fecklessness and corporate-funded faux-opposition of the Dem leadership.

CRYSTAL CLEAR:

I am leaving the Democratic Party because the leadership DOES NOT FIGHT FOR MY VALUES.

It does not fight for its OWN platform.

It has enabled, empowered, and normalized Trump.

It has coddled war criminal Bush.

It is more opposed to the left than the right.

I cannot in good conscience be a member of a party that drones babies, cages children (before Trump), funds ICE, preserves an unjust and unequal system, gives Trump a massive military budget & surveillance powers, and warmly embraces George W. Bush.

I cannot in good conscience be a member of a party willing to crush the #MeToo movement to protect a candidate who gropes little girls on camera.

A party that has refused to use its House majority to hold Trump and his minions truly accountable. (Impeachment-lite was a FARCE.)

If you think holding feckless Dem leaders accountable helps Trump, you need to open your eyes.

The ONLY Democrats helping Trump are Pelosi and her colleagues, who have spent nearly 4 years normalizing him and passing his signature bills.

TRUTH IS TRUTH.
