My React Native Journey:
A while ago, I fell madly in love with #React. And recently delved into #ReactNative. My React Native journey hasn't been as smooth though. Due to the frequent updates of the react-native framework, existing tutorials quickly become outdated.

In this thread, I have curated some of the most relevant materials I have found, which have brought the much-needed balance to my learning journey. They are listed below:

1. The React Native Documentation: irrespective of what other material you chose. This always comes in handy for quick reference. And it's always up to date.

2. Traversy Media: Like with everything else, @traversymedia has a crash course on #reactnative. And it was RECENTLY updated. Apart from Traversy being one of the best teachers ever. The fact that this course was recently updated makes it a must-see.

3. Academind: For something more in-depth, @academind_real has a 6hours #ReactNative crash course on youtube and a 30hours project-based course on Udemy where you learn by building real projects. I have seen both materials and they are 🥺fantastic.

4. Net Ninja: @thenetninjauk has a way of making the most complex subjects look simple. He's one of my favorites and fortunately, he has an easy to follow #ReactNative cost on Youtube.

5. Unsure Programmer: Strange Name? I was surprised too when I first stumbled across the channel. If you are looking to improve your styling and animation in #ReactNative this is your man. You learn by cloning existing apps like Airbnb & Instagram. youtube.com/results?search…

6. Mukesh Phulwani: In my opinion, he is a great teacher. You get to build an employee app, a youtube clone, and a weather app. Use state management tools like Redux and Context. it's a full-stack application so you do a little node js & mongodb. udemy.com/course/react-n…

Parting words!!!! With #ReactNative and with programming in general, the best thing is to learn the concepts. Updates could happen and things could change. But the basic concepts usually remain or don't change as much. Making it easy for you to quickly adjust.
